It went well. They also checked the fluids in my car and topped off the windshield wiper fluid which was empty.

It went great. Dropped off around 11, and it was ready at 4. No issues and great Service.

The service was okay, but I had to hang around waiting for a while, but they ended up not charging me for the oil filter so I thought it was pretty good. I wasn't displeased, they were nice enough folks. I would use them in the future, but not for an oil change, unless I knew I had a little more time on my hands.

I keep using them. The Big Deal was great. They are close, you drop your car off, and they will bring you back to the campus, and then they will pick you up when you're done so it's pretty good.

They were convenient, accommodating, quick, and most importantly- honest.

My wife and I were dropping off our Subaru for a tire rotation, but when I drove up in our other car to help drop off the Subaru, I noticed I had a flat tire. All Star started work on Subaru and, without an appointment and only last minute, they repaired the flat on our other car immediately. It wasn't expensive and they were quick.

Overall, the actual service was good. It was fast, and they were prompt in responding to my scheduling questions. The biggest drawback was the additional cost to the Big Deal. The deal cost $22 for an oil change and tire rotation, which is an awesome discount. But, they charged us an additional $30-something dollars after the service because our car required a special kind of oil. The details of the deal say this is a possibility, but in reality, this wasn't so great of a deal, and I would have rather just gone to our regular place without the discount.

All Star Tire exceeded my expectations. I initially went in with a coupon to see if I could get an oil change and tire rotation. The hours posted stated they opened at 7:00 am and I arrived at 6:45 am and they welcomed me inside. There were 3 individuals behind the desk and every one of them greeted me with a smile and asked how my morning was so far. I told the gentleman what I was there for and he said they mainly schedule appointments for anything and asked what day I would like to return and I asked if I could come in at the same time the next day, they said no problem. I returned the next day at the same time and again was greeted with nothing but smiles and pleasant conversation. In the midst of conversation, I mentioned that I had a doctors appointment that morning. The person helping me then asked if I needed a ride to the appointment! I was shocked at how accommodating they were. She then said that they usually call when vehicles are finished for the owner to return and asked if I would rather her text instead of call since I was going to be at the doctor's office. I politely declined since I already had a ride but was extremely surprised at the customer service. I returned to my vehicle and they let me know that I had a rear turn signal light out and that my light cover was previously put on upside down so they fixed it up for me. The cost for the replacement of the bulb was very low, almost what I would pay at an auto parts store if I did it on my own! They then fetched my vehicle for me and sent me on my way! I was more than pleased with every aspect of this experience and would choose them for an oil change in the future over any quick lube place. And without a doubt I would recommend them to family and friends. So glad I found this place!

My Saab 9-3 requires a special oil so I brought my oil and filter with me. I called and scheduled an appointment to drop it off early in the morning. I originally planned just to have the oil changed but after they quoted me a fair price ($89.00) on the brake flush, told them to go ahead with that as well. They shuttled me over to work after I dropped off the car. All in all a good experience. Took a little bit longer to finish than I was originally told but that happens. I would definitely go back for general maintenance work.

Went great. They even gave me a ride down town back to work.

Finding the Big Deal for a needed oil change was just icing on the cake. Great job! Great price!

I purchased the big deal offer that they were having. Everything went great! It took about an hour but my car is running just fine! The staff was nice and made me feel comfortable while waiting on my car.

Well I took my truck in to check out my front right breaks. Glad I did. Upon inspection they found that I also had ball joint service as well as I was in need of brakes all around. Pads. callipers, and rotors. I also needed an oil change. He gave me a price and said that it may take a couple of days to complete. He was right on and I am more than happy I hired All Star. Yes I would use them again!

Purchased Big Deal. Everything went well. I got an email and then called to schedule a time. Took about 45 minutes longer than expected but wasn't an issue. I would recommend them.

When I picked the car up they told me that the part was a recall and the dealer would have to handle the fix for me. They did tell me that they had messed with it a bit and I would get warm air, but not as hot as I would want it in the dead of winter. After driving around for a while I noticed that the air coming out was no warmer at all. I was charge $96 for them to tell me to take it to the dealer. I understand that not everything is something they can take care of, but charging me $96 for them to tell me that is absurd. I gave them a call this morning to ask why I was charged $96 dollars if they did not fix my heat whatsoever. They provided me with no answers.

After an incident with a curb that morning, I drove my car to All-Star Tire. They mentioned that their technicians may not be able to fix the tire rim, which would have resulted in them sending the tire rim somewhere to fix it. By lunch time, they called me saying that they were able to hammer out the tire rim bend and that I needed a new tire. This was great news considering the possibility that they wouldn't be able to fix the tire rim. He also explained that I needed to have my car realigned. This was expected, so I agreed. By mid-afternoon, my car was fixed and ready to drive again. They explained and showed me how poor the alignment was due to the incident and told me to come back in if I had any problems with the new tire. I was grateful that they were able to fit me in to their schedule that day, even without an appointment! Unfortunately, I don't think I will be able to put a hubcap on the existing tire rim since it is not perfectly round. I wish they would have explained that or suggested to order a new tire rim. Regardless, I'm very glad my car was able to be driven the same day.

Was great. Not what I went in for (just heard a noise that I needed checked out.) Unfortunately, this was the problem, and i know my car is better off for the repair. They worked w me to keep the cost down, and offered to do the work on one axle and I could come back and have thr other done, but utlimately I just had them do the work all at once.

They were great start to finish. They were polite, friendly and professional not to mention affordable. You rarely can find all of those things in one place these days. Well done. Thank again guys!

Very professional, prompt, & friendly. Since I work downtown, I can drop off my car and pick it up after work - very convenient! I was surprised to receive a call several weeks later, asking about my satisfaction with their work. Overall, I was very pleased with their service, & plan to return for routine vehicle maintenance.

They did my oil change. They were a little slower than we would have liked for arranging it before hand.

The provider was professional, courteous, and delivered in time. They gave me an estimate before they did any of the aforementioned services, and they even help me save some money by giving me some tips regarding to the car's wipers. I would absolutely recommend their service.

This time it was just an oil change, but I always feel confident they will do a good job. They gave me ride to work and offered to pick me up. The staff there are always very pleasant.
