All Star Tire & Auto Service

I had a great experience purchasing the deal and then having my service scheduled within a few hours. I also enjoyed the shuttle to get to and from work while they rotated my tires and changed my oil.

Amanda and the rest of the crew were awesome! I was contacted immediately to set up an appointment and they worked with my schedule to fit me right away. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning before work, and was kindly offered a ride to my office by Amanda! I planned to pick up my vehicle mid-day during my lunch, and I received a call even sooner when they were finished. All Star Tire & Auto Service proved friendly, professional, prompt, and efficient. A great experience all around. I will definitely use this company again in the near future.

They responded quickly, set up a date for the work to be completed and even provided transportation to my job downtown while they completed the work. My only complaint would be they did not do the tire rotation at all which was part of the Big Deal. I had to call and take time to go back and have my tires rotated which was an inconvenience. They did get me in and out quickly on the second visit, but I feel it was unnecessary for me to have to come back.

I am always skeptical of car places and only have ever gone to a family friend but since moving out here that wasn't going to be possible. With their great reviews and recomendations I decided to go with them. Very convenient to where I work. They were professional and the entire staff was friendly from scheduling the appointment to greeting me when I walked in. They even have a shuttle that takes you back to work and picks you up when the service is done! Will definitely be using them again.

Dropped my car off in the morning before work. They drove me to work and dropped me off - super friendly woman!! Called me halfway through the day to let me know the oil change was completed. Picked me up from my office and took me back to get my vehicle. Running great! It was refreshing to not get a call after the oil change telling me all the things that HAD to be fixed on my vehicle. I will absolutely be using this service provider going forward for my auto repairs.

I was extremely impressed with the service. My husband and I are really busy so we needed someone to do what they said they were going to do when they said they would do it. It was our first experience. I would not only use the vendor again, but definitely endorse Angie's list for finding vendors.

They were able to schedule me quickly and it went well.

They were great! Fast and efficient. Gave me an estimate of other issues. The price was the headlight plus $22 for the coupon I purchased on Angie's list.

I think the people at Jiffy Lube are so much more efficient. I was at All Star Tire & Auto Service for at least an hour. They tried to sell me a number of other things they said I needed. I think it would be much more convenient to go to Jiffy Lube in the future.

All Star Tire and Service is a very fast and convenient shop in downtown Indy. My starter went out on my car during a lunch break. I had it towed to All Star Tire and Service and they were able to get me in and out very quick and I even made it back to work before the day was over. Their staff is very friendly and they even called me a week later to make sure that I was satisfied. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

The service went well. They were very efficient and convenient. They did a good job and were very professional. It was very easy to get my vehicle into them, as well.

The services from All Star Tire & Auto Service for auto services went very well. Yes, that was the first service from them. The servicing overall was good. It was a little too busy. The professionalism was good, very good. Overall I would give a good rating for them. I would say that they are a little overpriced.

Bought a big deal for oil change, and tire rotation for $22 which was great. Was charged $40 for an Air Filter though. Felt that was a little extreme, but their service is always great and they get you in and out!

The service was great. The service was performed in two or three days after the deal was purchased. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. This was the first time I used them. The service was excellent, they were nice and the price was good.

I had a flat tire during lunch and went to them to have it repaired. The tire was unfixable. They replaced my tire with a better one than the one I had on my car and they didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Thank you for helping me in my time of need.

Oil change was fine. Was charged for glove box repair and reinstall engine cover. I immediately discovered that the engine cover was not reinstalled and notified provider. They promised to check with their repair guy to ask what billing was for and get back with me next day. That night I discovered glove box not repaired. Several days later with no phone call - I called them again and let me know that none of the charged work besides oil change had been completed. Was promised a return phone call that never came. So I called again a few days later and reached someone who could resolve my issue. They insisted I return to the store to receive the credit rather than cutting me a check or simply running my credit card through for the credit via phone. Eventually I made it by the store and a credit was issued. No apology. At a competing service center they repaired the items the folks above missed at 25% the cost these guys charged me for work they didn't do. I won't return.

Have not had a better experience anywhere else. Purchased a BD for an oil change and tire rotation and went in for my appointment. From the minute I walked in they front desk ladies were extremely friendly and helpful. dropped my keys off and was told it would take about an hour and a half. The ladies at the front gave me a map and let me know about the canal and a few coffe shops or places to go to in order to kill some time. Got a call 45 minutes later saying my car was finished. Could not have asked for a better experience as I just moved to the Indy area and was looking for a new place to have my car taken care of. I believe they even filled up or at least gave me a little windshield washing fluid because I was out when I took my car in and had some when I tried it out the next day! Amazing service all around. Will definitely be using again in the future. Thank you again!

I have taken my car here several times in the last couple years. I feel like they are always honest and upfront about everything. I went there last second to get a tire rotation and oil change before I went out of town, and they got it done quickly and even took me back to work after I dropped off the car. It's a great place to take your car if you live in the downtown area!

All Star personnel were wonderful. I work on the IUPUI campus and needed to be at work by 7:30. Within 5 minutes of my arrival at the shop, I was on my way to work with their free shuttle service. My car was finished by early afternoon and they called me to tell me what they found. I have been looking for an auto repair shop that is convenient, has conscientious employees, and is respectful of my time. I definitely will continue to do business here!

They did a great job and gave me a ride to and from work. It was very easy.

I love All-Star. We always put off car repair and maintenance until the very last minute because it is usually such a hassle. Every time I come to All Star I think "why didn't I do this earlier?". They pick you up and drop you off if you can't wait for the work to be done and make what could be an inconvenience incredibly seamless. This time around, they even spent 15 minutes giving me recommendations about a new car to buy. I also found out on my ride with Annie that the company has been family owned since the '40's (I may be fuzz on exact decade but, it's a long time). From start to finish, I would rather use All Star than a Big Box store any day.

They were extremely helpful, prompt, and AFFORDABLE. The free shuttle service is such an amazing offering and takes away the stress of missing work. I HATE going to the mechanic and they made it so painless. I will definitely use again in the future and recommend to others!
