I always go there. They are very consistently reliable, and they don't try to upsell a lot of stuff.

They were awesome! The people at the front desk are very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I took my tire in and in a couple hours they plugged the hole. The price was very reasonable, it did not even cost $20. I will be going back in the future if i ever have any issues with my tires!

I love going to All Star for my oil changes. I can wait in the lobby, it only takes about 45 minutes, and I have every confidence that they are taking care of my car. Plus, their Big Deal makes it a no-brainer.

I bought this service through Angie's List for $22. I dropped off my car in the morning. They drove me to work in their free shuttle and they picked me up when my car was ready. Everything went as expected with the job. There was a very small charge, about a dollar, for tax that I had to pay at the shop.

Everyone I've run into at All Star Tire is very friendly. The shop opens early and I like having a convenient and dependable place downtown for auto service. I can drop my car off before work and it's ready when I leave work. No waiting! You will not be disappointed with their service.

I'm driving several hours to visit family for Thanksgiving, and I wanted to make sure my car was ready for the trip. So I purchased a Big Deal for $22. When I walked into the shop, Dave greeted me and took down my information. He was very pleasant and the shop was clean. He said the work would be done in an hour, so I went around the corner to a coffee shop. Exactly an hour later, the shop called and said my car was ready. I was very pleased with the service.

It went wonderfully. I arrived and they had such a nice vintage downtown Indianapolis feel to their location. I asked how long it would take and it was done in the exact time frame they said. They were all polite, courteous and pleasant to do business with. I will return for any future work I need done. I would highly recommend them.

Great service at a great price. I had to wait about an hour, but I was a walk-in after all. The staff was very friendly, the service was outstanding, and you can't beat that price for an oil change and tire rotation!

They were very quick and efficient when changing my tire and got me in the same day that I requested the service to be done! They first inspected the tire and confirmed with me how much it would cost in order to replace it.

Considering all of the work that was performed, I feel like I got a really great deal (even with additional charges beyond what the deal itself covered). I received an email from the company within about an hour of purchasing the deal and was encouraged to call and set up an appointment. I dropped off my car for my 9am appointment time and was told I'd receive a call once the work was done. They told me it would be done by 1pm at the latest and as promised I was called just before noon to be told the car was ready. When I picked up the car I was charged slightly less than I had expected and the car was ready to go. I've had it back for several days now and everything seems great.

I made an appointment and mentioned the Angie's List coupon. They were able to get me in when I needed to. They were ready to take in the car when I arrived on time. There was only about a ten minute wait from the time I arrived until the time I was able to leave to return to work. They offered me a ride to work downtown. The lady who gave me the ride was friendly.

I use these guys to do all of my car repairs, maintenance and for tires. They are honest, timely and willing to work within my budget. And they give me a ride to work when I drop off my car. Great service!

I dropped my car off at their location before going to work. In less than 10 minutes, they were dropping me off work. Once my car was done, they called me to come and get it. They were very efficient from the beginning until the end. I will continue to use them in the future and would highly recommend them. Their staff is very friendly and easy going.

Oil change went well, although part of the deal was a tire rotation which I don't think was done. Also I had them install one headlight bulb during the visit and I was charged $27 for that, which I thought was a bit steep.

My vehicle was towed here after a major blow out. They approximated a time for the tire to be repaired/replaced. They were very transparent through the repair process and respected my desires when it came to patching the tire as opposed to getting a new one. I had to get a new one in the end because the shards from the obstruction punctured the tire again and caused a leak. They were patient and thorough and asked me to come back if there were any issues in the future.

My tires were severely worn, so I took my car in to have them replaced. I called in, before going, and talked to Chris. I asked how much new tires would cost. He was very nice, and informative. When I brought my car into the shop, I spoke with Dave, and he helped me decide on what type of tires to get. They were able to take my car back right away, and had my tires replaced in no time. I was in and out in less than an hour! I've taken my car here multiple times, and have worked with Dave and Chris before. They are always very professional and kind. I've never once had an issue with any services performed. I'll never take my car anywhere else!

I was leaving for Vermont that weekend, and really needed an oil change. I didn't have much time, so I purchased a Big Deal for $22. They were able to fit me right in, and i waited for MAYBE 40 minutes, and then it was done! Quick, painless, and extremely easy. I paid a dollar and some change for taxes, but that was it! Excellent company, and I will definitely use them again.

I drive a newer VW Jetta and my car was due for 50,000 mile service. The dealership quoted me $360 for the service, which was to include an oil change, transmission flush, and their inspection of the car. I thought that was high and I have used All Star in the past and had been very happy with the service. I called for a quote, told them it was a VW, and was quoted $200-225 for the service. They also assured me that they regularly service VW's and do all the same things the dealership does. I was happy with that and scheduled the appointment. In the late morning, after dropping my car off that morning, I received a call with the estimate for the day's work. The estimate was $340. That estimate included a cost for brake fluid replacement which the shop said was part of the 50k service. After researching in my owner's manual and looking up past service, that is actually a part of the 30k mile service not the 50k. After making several calls back and forth with the shop we agreed that the brakes would not be done and it would be the oil change and transmission flush. I then got a call later that afternoon that they couldn't do the transmission flush because they don't have the right tool to get into the transmission on the VW. So, all I got was the oil change for $59.16. I was very frustrated after this. I could have taken my car to the dealership as I had originally planned to do, had the service by VW experts for the same cost and saved myself the trouble. Now I am $60 in, still don't have the 50k service complete and still have to take it to the dealership. Additionally, there was little concern by the shop about what had transpired. As I said, I have been happy with All Star in the past, great shop for tires, but I was very disappointed in being told that they do everything the dealer does on a VW and then have them not even have the tools to work on it. VW owners be wary.
