ALL POINTS TREE SERVICE

They were very cooperative in coming on the day we asked. The crew was professional and hardworking. They did an excellent job of working quickly and cleaning up. It was amazing to watch them work with the pulleys and saws.

Can't comment as we were not able to use them.

I called to ask about the firewood, and the woman who answered the phone was professional and personable. We arranged for the wood to be delivered the next day. They called when the driver was on his way. The driver was polite, and did a great job stacking ALL the wood. It's all hardwood; would be nice if it had been longer seasoned, but burns okay. We had gotten wood from All Points in 2006; I had a positive recollection, and the price per rick ($80) was the same.

They cleaned up more then what I expected. They were nice, neat, and did a thorough job, and the group was pleasant. The price was reasonable.

Great job. All debris cleared out, even some of my own tree debris that had been laying around after I had done some trimming myself earlier. Bushes and tree removed and roots/stump ground out so we can plant in those locations. Trimmed crab-apple tree looks much better. Jared Wainwright was knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Came and cleared before I needed to use. Went well.

I called after a severe storm. My damage was minimal, so I told them it wasn't a major priority. They got back to me in about three weeks and came out about a week later. They took into consideration my recommendations on how they should trim the tree. They also did a nice job delivering the firewood and placing it and stacking it correctly.

I called, left a voice mail and received a call back. The person who scheduled the delivery was very polite and professional. I even had to call back and change the details for the delivery and she was very cooperative with the change. They called before they came (per our request), arrived when they said they would and were professional and courteous and stacked the firewood in a very neat, professional way.

They did a good job. They did a neat job and cleaned up everything and the hemlocks look good. They brought out all of the equipment they would need. When he came out and gave us the estimate the end price was what he had quoted.

They did very nicely. They came out on time, and they gave me the exact specification of wood that I requested, which is important because I have a small fireplace. They were easy to come in contact with and they even accommodated my schedule.

We have used them for years. Larry Wainwright is the owner. They are excellent, absolutely excellent. We always have a good experience with them and we would definitely use them again.

They work they did was great. I felt the amount that they charged was very reasonable. They were punctual and we've used them for many years. I highly recommend them to others. They give excellent service.

Two of our trees fell on our property near a stream and it was very hard to get to. The best way was to pull it across the stream and down to the street below. They used a winch and pulled the tree across the steam to the street like threading a needle and I was just amazed. The workers cleaned up the site from the remaining debris from the branches.

When called to schedule, was informed up-front, that they were committed to clearing debris and damage from storm first. Arrived at noon, finished at 3:00 PM. Performed work as described above, carried away debris from their work as well as some limbs left from high winds. Very professional. Have used this company before, and Larry and his crew are wonderful.

It was fine. You would not have known that anyone had cut down trees because they were very tidy and neat. They made sure to pick up everything and they didn't damage anything at all. I would refer them to anyone.

They are very friendly and responsive. I have used them several times. They are always on time. They clean up after themselves. You cant even tell they were out.

They were punctual, knowledgeable, and very agreeable when it came to what I wanted done with the trees.

They were very professional. They did the project for exactly what they said they would. The estimate was free. They survived addition damage. Their prices are very competitive. They made everything clear to us, nothing was hidden. They responded on a crisis basis. They came out on a Sunday. They even took care of something that was out of their realm. No extra fees.

I can't say anything bad about them!

Our tulip tree in our front yard had 3 or 4 large limbs broken from recent storm. Estimate was received promptly and work completed 3-4 days after given go ahead. Called at 7:30 a.m. and said they would be here that day to do the work. By noon when I came home for lunch work had been completed. All debris was removed and clean-up was excellent.

IT WENT WELL. WE HAVE USED THEM BEFORE, THEY ARE REASONABLY PRICED, THEY CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES, AND WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN. THE QUOTE WAS RIGHT ON.

The entire process went well. They were able to give me an estimate on May 31st, which I really appreciated seeing as how they were exceptionally busy due to the tornado the night before. The tree service was completed on June 6th. It likely would have been sooner, but there was no damage to my home because of the tree and my situation was not an emergency. The crew came over in the morning and was finished in a manner of hours. They cleaned everything and left my yard like they had found it minus the toppled tree. They were very professional and thorough. I would definitely use them again.

Overall it went very well. We got an estimate and agreed to have All Points remove the dead tree and grind out the stump on or about April 30th. They said they would call to tell us when they would be out as soon as they put the schedule together for the next week. We did not get a call well into the second week so I called them and they explained it was too wet to grind out the root. That was a perfectly understandable explanation but I would have appreciated a call from them earlier. We had arranged for a new tree to be planted on June 2nd and we were not planning to put it where the dead tree was located, so I called again on May 21st and asked All Points to come and just take out the dead tree. I added that I was willing to pay extra to have them come back later when the ground was dry to grind out the stump. They said they would be out the next day. They did come the next afternoon, took out the tree and also did the stump grinding. They took down the west side yard fence to get the heavy grinding machine into the yard rather than try to bring it through the narrow east side gate. They put the fence back up when they finished. Clean up was wonderful. The grinding machine did leave some wheel ruts in the soft soil but nothing severe. The workers were polite, highly safety conscious and careful to minimize damage to the yard. We plan to ask them to bid on tree trimming work we intend to have done later this year.

Service and work were both fantastic. Larry came by within 24 hours of my request (as stated on their website) to give me an estimate. We discussed all of the work and what should and shouldn't be done. He was very knowledgeable. I was not home when the work took place, but when I did get home, the work was done and the whole area was spotless. Even my flowers (which were under several of the trees) were still intact.
