Wilfredo and his crew did an excellent job putting an addition on our home. My elderly Father recently came to live with us and Wilfredo designed the perfect living space for him that was handicap accessible. The addition included a a full handicap bathroom with heated floors and a walk-in shower, Kitchenette, fireplace and a covered deck. His crew also installed all new flooring throughout our main level. The tile work in the bathroom turned out amazing. The only thing I would recommend to someone considering A & A Pronto is to make sure your expectations are clear. When everyone is on the same page, they deliver top notch work with excellent quality.

Took a little follow up with the quote and paperwork, but service was good overall. Installers were punctual, did excellent work, kept project clean, and were great at consulting when there were options on how to proceed. Good to work with. Would hire again.

Wilfredo and his crew did an excellent job on our projects. They responded to our intial request and started the job promptly. We had them install several cabinets for our basement bar, install hard flooring, wrap a support column in wood, and fixed a door that was not properly installed. They were very respectful of our home (ie shutting doors to eliminate noise, not leaving the exterior doors open, laying plastic to protect our flooring in the basement, etc.). Wifredo also talked through our project with us, and gave suggestions (which we appreciated and took). All in all, they did a great job, and in a timely manner. We would definitely have them back for any projects we may have in the future.

This kitchen/bathroom remodel was my first big project working with a contractor. I had many estimates. WIlfredo came out the same day that I called for an estimate. He had some great ideas that I hadn't thought of. We got a plan, a price and and a time frame. The crew came out. Everybody was hard working and respectful of the space. Everything moved on schedule. When I had questions or ideas we would find the best way for the best end result. I am so happy with the outcome. Highly Recommended!

I hired A&A Pronto Services to do a complete remodel of a rental home that I had purchased. They did a great job gutting and remodeling every single room in the home. They were very timely and very professional and were readily available to answer any questions I had along the way. I am very happy with the completed result. UPDATE 6/15/2020 Wilfredo and his crew did an excellent job... They redesigned my bathroom. I am so happy with my new bathroom.

The bathroom remodel was EXCELLENT. Our new bathroom is BEAUTIFUL, and we are THRILLED with the outcome. Wilfredo helped us create what we would like, and Antonio and Helio, brought it all to life. Wilfredo and his team take pride in their workmanship and it shows. They were always on time, courteous, and always cleaned up before they left for the day. We will be calling A and A Pronto Services again for more projects.

Very professional, great service, great price. Installed new cedar pergola on existing concrete patio. Spoke with Wilfredo on Wednesday night at 6:30. My pergola was installed on Friday morning. Quick service. Highly recommend A&A Pronto Services. They are installing a beautiful stone retaining wall around my patio this week for landscaping.

A&A Pronto Services helped convert an upstairs loft space into a office/bedroom. Wilfredo and his team did an overall GREAT job! They had competitive pricing, outstanding quality and met the timeline originally discussed. During the initial visit, Wilfredo suggested a design slightly different than what we were thinking and it was a great suggestion in the end. During the project, Wilfredo checked in almost everyday to make sure things were going smoothly and discuss progress and next steps. The quality was superb!! Also, His team also helped us with a couple other items in the house (e.g., fix a loose railing). We were very pleased with the work performed and look forward to using them for future projects.

Wilfredo, Luis, and Armando were wonderful to work with. They came to our home and created the kitchen of our dreams. I was quoted for cedar porch posts. They installed cheaper pressure treated posts and charged the same amount.

Wilfredo and Armando were great to work with. Very professional. Always on time and did what they said they were going to do. Flexible when we needed to make minor changes or adjustments. I was amazed at the efficient work Armando did - seems there is nothing he cannot do! Wilfredo was always available to offer his suggestions and opinions to help utilize the space we had and make it look great! After the job was complete, they came back to do a few touch ups. It is clear they want to make their customers happy and will do what it takes to make this happen. I would highly recommend A&A Pronto Services for any type of home improvement and/or remodel work. A & A Pronto Services was a great group to work with. Very quick and efficient and very reasonable when it came to minor adjustments to the scope of work. I had them expand the finished part of my basement as well as install canned lighting in my kitchen. All of the workers were very professional and courteous. Will use again.

A and A Pronto services did an outstanding job on our remodel. We had 2 bathrooms that we needed to be remodeled and my meeting with Wilfredo was a very professional meeting. He answered all of our question and went over design options several times before we began the project. His workers are very professional, they work in a timely manner, but also do very quality work. I really felt like the time that they took was worth the pay. They did not rush through the project, they welcomed me being hands-on, they made sure to ask my opinion before making style changes or setting final designs into place. With my husband being on the road daily for work, I felt very safe being at home with the guys (Luiz, Antonio, and Elios) as well as leaving them in my home. Wilfredo stopped by, checked in on the progress of the work daily, they took time to shop with me for ideas to enhance my look, they took time if I needed them to pick up extra materials. They did an outstanding, all around job. So great, that we are working on they doing our addition and work at our second home. We truly recommend this company to any and everyone looking for any size project. I will truly be worth you time and money!!!!

We hired A & A Pronto Services to install car-side ceiling into two rooms. Wilfredo was very easy to work with and also offered some good suggestions. His crew was very professional and respectful of knowing they were in someone's house. After the work was done they cleaned up the work areas so well that it was like they weren't even here except for the absolutely beautiful new wood ceilings they left behind! We are looking forward to many more future projects with A & A Pronto Services!

Wilfredo and his crew are amazing! They installed travertine stone on my fireplace, and it looks amazing. Wilfredo has a hard working crew who pay attention to all the fine details. These guys spent 2 days installing the rock on my fireplace, and it looks absolutely beautiful. I love it, and would definitely hire these guys again!

Wilfredo responded right away, and was able to inspect the job, and give me a quote the same day. He was able to start and complete the work the following day. He did a great job repairing my shower tiles, and replacing rotten drywall behind the shower. He sent me progress pictures as he went. Would highly recommend!

I hired A&A Pronto services to finish my 1300sq ft basement. I am really impressed with their professionalism and the work they have done. Wilfredo and his team was great. This was a large kitchen remodel which took just about a month. They were right on schedule with the time frame to complete, and kept well in our budget. It was the same group of guys each and every day, you really got to know the crew. We felt very comfortable leaving them at the house each day while at work. Every night when they completed their work, they would clean the area which was much appreciated. They did drywall work, painted cabinets, framed walls, lighting and electric, and flooring. 1 group with all the trades needed to get your project done. Great group to work with.
