Toilet wouldn't stop running. Everything was fixed quickly. Plumber was great.

Great work! Highly recommended. I bought their Angieslist deal, and they were able to come and do the work that same morning. Completely replaced a 1950s bathtub valve and the fixtures. The plumber was friendly, knowledgable and professional. I felt the price was fair for the time spent and quality of the work done.

The whole thing went great. The technician was on time, very professional and friendly. He worked fast and the pricing was very reasonable. We would absolutely recommend and will use 3 Kings Plumbing again, if needed.

He did a great job and it didn't take very long.

It went fine. I called on Sunday and left a message for them to contact me on Monday. They called the first thing on Monday & came our that afternoon. I have used them before & will use them again as they are reasonably priced and do a good job compared to other companies I have used.

We weren't happy. We had to pay money for the big deal and we had to pay him money, and all he had to do was pull out a rag from the toilet. I thought we were paying for the whole service when we bought the big deal. We are not happy right now. He wanted another $30 which I was not happy with that. The person was kind of stinky and dirty but he was fine. He was friendly, and did the work and left. He could have been clean and not smelly.

Michael was prompt, professional and he completed the job in a short amount of time. He was friendly and easy to work with. The price was reasonable and fair. I was definitely impressed with 3 Kings Plumbing and will use them again if I have any other plumbing issues.

3 Kings was responsive right away with the first contact. They were professional on the phone. They were detail-oriented. Michael, the plumber, came out to complete the service I purchased. I purchased a whole house plumbing check and toilet flapper repair. He was on time and professional. He performed the services I bought. I then asked him about some additional services and the cost and time associated with each. He provided a detailed estimate covering all possibilities and went over each one with me to ensure I understood. He wasn't rushed and he wasn't pushy. I liked what I heard and the work that he did, so I scheduled time for them to come out and complete more work for me. Michael was late for the appointment because of heavier than expected traffic and rain. He called me to let me know where he was and when he expected to arrive. He remove my old water heater. He made some adjustments to allow for the bigger water heater, and then installed the new water heater. He removed the old shower valve from my wall and removed the old spout and handle. He installed the new valve and shower equipment. He and his assistant were very nice, professional, and respectful of my home. I highly recommend them. I recently had similar work done by another Angie's List plumber. The customer service was poor. The plumber was four hours late. There were no apologies and no calls from them. It makes a difference when you work with the right people, like 3 Kings

Everything went well. Technician was punctual and thorough.

The service tech showed up on time and was very professional and helpful. He went above and beyond to explain what he found and what needed to be done (most of which was fortunately minor.) One toilet had a faulty seal, one had an overflow safety valve that was causing problems and we had a sink that needed a new aerator. In addition to fixing those issues, he also provided advice about what to do when we ultimately remodel our bathroom and he took a look in our basement to make sure he thoroughly understood our plumbing before making any recommendations. I would gladly hire them again.

Toilet is old and the when technician trying to unscrewed the part, the toilet tank got cracked. He was tried to looking for the same model of toilet tank, but it was difficult. I asked him that if I buy new toilet set, is he going to install free? He said Yes. I went out bought the new toilet and he installed without charge any additional fee. He did excellent job.

Showed up on time and did a grea tjob

My new tub spout works perfectly! The service went very well. 3 Kings fixed the issue perfectly and with the least expensive method possible. My pipes could have forced a more expensive solution, but that did not happen. 3 Kings could have opted for the more expensive solution right off the bat, but that did not happen. I really appreciated them keeping the cost down.

He had to take off the sink to replaced the pipe & properly install the faucet. The only issue was the caulking did not hold the sink in place, perhaps due to our using it too soon. However, he came back out at no charge & corrected it. I was pleased with the work done especially at a very reasonable price.

They arrived on time and connected my washing machine at a new house.

IT went well, covered everything and was helpful at explaining some other maintenance i could be doing, Really nice to have someone not trying to up sell anything. just wanted to take care of my current needs

The plumber was early, immediately got to work and identified the issue with our water heater right away. It was a simple fix that I am convinced another plumber may have taken advantage of me and told me I needed a new water heater. This gentleman was professional and patient in explaining to me exactly what the issue was. He was great with my dogs - who wanted to be every where he was, and he did it all with a great attitude and bedside manner. Excellent service, I will definitely be using them again for all my plumbing needs.

I thought he was phenomenal. He was extremely pleasant to have in our home. He was very careful and covered his shoes, and was very efficient.

The technician not only fixed both problems, but he took the time to show me what was wrong. He was very good at determining the leak source from upstairs. Then opened a whole in the ceiling to fix the shower drain leak. This service was paid for by the seller's homebuyers warranty. But I've found my plumber for post-warranty work. Don't hesitate to call them. I will be.

I actually had an air conditioner problem. However, I didn't know who to contact. I have known Summer and Mike with 3 Kings for quite a few years so I called Summer for her advice on who I should contact. She gave me Mark's number at Yesterday Heating and Cooling. Everything went great with the air conditioner repair. The reason I am writing a review for 3 Kings Plumbing is because Summer and Mike went above and beyond the call of duty. Summer called me that evening to see if everything had gone okay. How nice. Thanks Summer and Mike. You're the best!

It went well and I was pleased with their work.

We gave our father a Father's day / birthday gift of a plumber's service. His kitchen faucet was broken and his water pressure was nearly nil. 3Kings gave PHENOMENAL service -- timely, considerate, reasonable, professional...I can't find enough superlatives (and I'm not related...). The faucet replacement went swimmingly; and, while the water pressure isn't wholly resolved, he did sufficiently relieve it that our father can reasonably do dishes. The 3Kings plumber did say that our father would need a new water heater (not unexpected -- we estimate it's been over 20 years since the last water heater replacement), and that he probably wouldn't receive full pressure until it's replaced. The coup de grace of their service was this: While WE are not "senior citizen's," he yet gave us the ssenior citizen's discount because he was doing the service in our 86-year-old father's house. THANK YOU! [By the way, the section asking where the service was performed wanted the details of our father's address. I lied and said the service was performed at my address because I do NOT want to give our father's address. For the legaleze in w hich I assert that all the information is correct and true, I therefore include this caveat about the address being false from that assertion. This is MY experience; this is MY review; this was OUR gift to our father; only that is material. It's immaterial that the service was performed elsewhere.]

I got 4 estimates but could tell immediately that Mike from Three Kings was the most knowledgeable. - The price was great and fair - The work done was excellent - Mike and Summer were very friendly and professional and I would use Three Kinds again with no hesitation I would recommend Three Kings to anyone and for any job, I feel as if I can trust them and that is HUGE for me because we have been ripped off in the past.

I was glad that they were able to come out on Christmas Eve, because it would have turned into an emergency situation. I was very happy with how responsive they were.
