Steve called last night, said he'd be here between 10 and noon, showed up ON time, looked things over, gave me a price, and repaired the problem. EXCELLENT customer skills as well as knowing his profession. Had him also give me a quote on some additional remodeling we plan on doing. Prompt arrival, fair prices, I would recommend highly to everyone.

We called to have 2 outside faucets replaced. He came the same day we called and did it at a fair price. He kept his work space clean, was very polite and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Steve was prompt and one of the most courteous service professionals I have ever encountered. He definitely takes pride in his work and that was seen in the quality. I am extremely picky and rarely would recommend anyone but I highly recommend his work. He is VERY reasonable. His quote for the work was notibly less than the other bid. I plan to use him again on some other overdue projects.
