Steve and his assistant Eric arrived as scheduled. Asked how long it would take to replace our water heater after confirming price discussed and agreed to. He said 1 1/2 hours! Only took about 20 min to remove old heater. After a total of 1 1/2 hours, the new one was operational as Steve said. Warrantee and price adjustments were as agreed to. Steve and his assistant worked well and efficiently together. Will certainly call him again for any future repairs!

Steve provided a thorough evaluation and estimate before starting the job, and he was able to quickly find a water heater unit to fit the tight space in my utility room. Steve and team were on time, very professional and did an excellent job. His estimate was exactly what I was charged. Steve came out the day I called. My toilet was leaking and I thought about replacing the wax ring myself but since toilets are heavy I called Steve. Lucky for me that I did. The flange also had to be replace with turned into a pretty big job. Steve is an independent business owner and I like supporting small local business whenever possible. Satisfied with his work. He knows what he is doing?

Gave me an estimate that came in almost $600 lower than his main competitor, so it was a no-brainer. Accepted credit card also, which is convenient for me since I never carry checks or cash. He was very nice, and very professional but laid-back, so he was easy to work with. We will definitely be looking to hire Winters again for future appliance needs.
