Very good. He showed up when promised, did the work as agreed and kept the work area neat, including when going in and out.

They dug up my downspout drain and replaced them with new pipe and covers. Canâ  t hardly see where they dug excellent job!

The drain, appears to be working as intended. Yard is now drying out, but the recent rains, have hampered that process. I only wish Fernando would have buried the pipe just a little deeper, as I currently have a "slight" speed bump across the yard. But he was very fast with contacting me when I asked for estimates, and came out the next workday. Gave me the estimate on Monday and started work on Wednesday and finished the same day. Overall, I am satisfied with the project and would recommend and contact Waterproofing Solutions LLC for any need in the future.

Waterproofing is done! Amazing! I thought it take longer, just a day for what, to them was a small job, in my mind a huge one! Busting concrete in a basement, adding drains, as well as running outside through cinder block, placing drainage in the yard, adding sump pump along with acsess and then reconcrete the floor! 6 hrs! I definitely would recommend Waterproofing Solutions LLC of Greenwood for your needs. Fernando is johnny on the spot with estimates, continued communication, and great non-stop work ethic. They made things simpler by using buckets through the window and were very respectful of the property surroundings. I hope I never need them again, but if I did they'd be my 1st call. I am highly impressed with Fernando and his team. I called for a quote in the evening and he came out the next morning and gave me a reasonable number on the spot. I accepted right then to get on his busy schedule. I actually wasn't sure what I needed, just that I had a horrible problem with the side of my backyard flooding and being unusable for the majority of the year. After a decade of dealing with my dog playing in the mud and having to mop my floor daily, I had enough. I called several companies and no one else did the work I needed, until Waterproofing Solutions answered. He kept in contact with me over the next 2 weeks to let me know when they'd be at my house for the work. They arrived on time and were so nice and professional. They all waved to my son as he watched through the window. They were quiet enough for my 1 year old and me (pregnant with twins) to even take a long nap. They cleaned up everything and it looks like they weren't even here. Actually, it looks better than when they started because they cleaned up some extra mud from my prior fence install mess that never got cleared away. This is actually the most impressive part because it had rained all week before so they were dealing with A LOT of mud. I can finally say I love my backyard and am looking forward to completing some smaller projects now that I can use a wheel barrow again. I cannot recommend them any more highly. Just amazing.

My experience with Waterproofing Solutions LLC was good from start to finish. Fernando showed up on time to do my estimate for installation of a french drain. He was knowledgeable and sent me photos of his jobs from the past. When the time came to do the work, he and his crew showed up on time and completed the job in the same day. He went over what had been done and made sure there was no mess left on completion. I will definitely recommend him to my friends & neighbors.

Great experience with Waterproofing Solutions. Fernando was able to come for an estimate the same day he contacted me, and was there doing the work 2 days later. I had a buried downspout that collapsed and needed to be replaced. The contractors who put the old pipe in before I bought the house had used corrugated, when they should have used pvc. Waterproofing Solutions dug up the old pipe and replaced it with pvc, added a catch basin and a drain cover, and also fixed the concrete they had to break up AND another section of sidewalk that has been missing since I had to replace my water main connection several years ago. All together only $1100. And best part, they just flipped the grass back when they dug up the old pipe, and when they were done just flipped it right back into place.

Fernando was first to respond to my service request, and came next day to give an estimate for work to install two extended downspout drains, install concrete against our foundation, raise our window wells, and do some grading work. His price was right, his crew (all family members) was on time, efficient, and they cleaned up after themselves. They planted grass seed and spread straw over the new dirt and finished by end of day. He said if we had any problems with the work to call him back right away and he would come back. So far no problems after several days of heavy rains. We have already shared his name with a few people. Would highly recommend Fernando and Waterproofing Solutions!

Fernando and his team installed a french drain and water basins in our yard to help keep water away from our foundation and back porch. Fernando & crew drained my crawlspace, replaced the vents, installed a sump pump with an outlet pipe extending to the street, and laid a new vapor barrier, along with installing a new crawlspace door. They answered all my questions, worked efficiently, and completed the job in 2 1/2 days. They removed all the old material. I am very pleased and would wholeheartedly recommend their services.
