Description of Work: Came out to check my AC unit. Not pulling down the house temp in very hot weather. Unit was low on Freon. Service Tech offered a Special service contract for $168.00 which included adding the needed Freon AND also included a service check up of my furnace in late September at no additional charge. |Great deal.....I was very pleased.

Description of Work: We bought the Angie's List annual inspection deal. Needed extra cleaning (which we expected), and coolant added. |The technician repeatedly told me that the Angie's List deal isn't worth their time for the $50. If I didn't already know our system needed extra tlc, I would deffinately have suspected him of adding extra services. |Was not at all impressed with his profesionalism.

Description of Work: I bought the Big Deal for an A/C tune up and cleaning. I had noticed it hadn't been getting very cool in the house, the guy said it was leaking but was able to fix it by tightening a screw that was loose. They also added freon and now its working fine.
