Description of Work: Replaced my old furnace and heat pump with a Trane system. Service rep was very helpful and provided a quick turn-around to avoid a lack of cooling during the hot season. Additionally, he added more coolant (no charge) as a maintenance until the new unit could be installed. |I did have to call him back to service heat pump oscillating on and off. He knew what was wrong and fixed it promptly. |I feel that the personal service I've received from Mark IV is much better than other HVAC service companies. They are friendly and eager to respond if I have any questions or issues. |Although I rated the Price a little lower it was reasonable in comparison with other units.
