Description of Work: "Mark IV was great. They showed up on time, and were very polite and personable. They wore shoe covers to protect my floor, which was appreciated, as it was raining. They did a furnace tune-up, and didn't try to give me a hard sell on any repairs. They did let me know about one minor issue, but ensured me that it was not an emergency. This was the second time that I've had Mark IV work on my heating and air, and they've been great both times. They are definitely my go to HVAC company."

Description of Work: Flushed the water heater. Left water under the water heater and by the drain. I cleaned the water up and was not impressed with the quality of work. It was ok but not great.

Description of Work: We signed up for a humidifier on a furnace at a special price, but he tested our old one and said it was still good. We put it back on and we're waiting to see if it works right. We were not charge for a service call, and he was very informative about the problem we were having. We would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I was very pleased with Mark IV Environmental ... but not with Angie's List. Your 'Big Deal' clearly stated I would be getting a Honeywell brand humidifier. Only after the install was complete, and the invoice & warranty info handed to me, did I discover the product I got was Skuttle brand (never heard of them), not the product the deal had advertised.
