Description of Work: They came in and put the Furnace in and charged 105.00 for someone from the state to come out and inspect it after the installation. I called and spoke with a lady names Jennifer, she stated that some one would call me back. To this day I have had no call back and no one out from the state to inspect my furnace that was installed. I still dont know what I paid 105.00 at this point.

Description of Work: I purchased the water heater flush. Love the idea that the service technician advised me against having the flush performed. He instructed me on the elements of knowledge about water heaters. He said that considering the age of my water heater and the fact that I had a plastic part, that there have been instances of residue getting stuck and the water heater leaking and creating more problems. I admire the integrity and honesty of this service tech and this company. I would do business with them again! And now my only problem is how to get a hold of Angie ' s List to get a reimbursement of my $49 which they collected for this service. Hope they will call me or email me so we can get straight on this issue. Thanks.
