Mark IV Environmental Systems Inc. were great. He did fine.

The service worked out very good. They were very flexible on timing. The technician was on time, I thought there would be more of a structured check and I haven't received a receipt. I saw him cleaning, but not in a structured way, I saw him cleaning the outside but it would have been nice to check off. I saw him adjust the thermostat but I can't say that would be calibration. Him doing it in a structured way, would have given me more confidence. I didn't receive a receipt to say that he did the work he was supposed to do that.

They were fabulous. We felt completely comfortable with the guy, he was very straightforward, he didn't try to up sell us anything, when we asked him if we needed more freon, he went and had a look and said that we didn't need it. I didn't feel like we were being pressured into doing something. I will be using him again. We had requested them to come a few weeks later because we had some other construction going on. He was incredibly professional, and we felt like we could have an honest conversation with him about the service, and for home owners, we honestly didn't know anything about the units. I would recommend them.

They were very professional and prompt. I had follow up questions and the owner even returned my phone call at 8:00 PM.

This was a big deal. My only question was that he indidicated a part was bad and would need replaced soon. I tend to always question this since I was not having a problems. However, I did replace it. Therefore, the extra charge. I just wonder if any one else that purchased this deal had the same issue.

On time, (a big shock for service of late), He introduced himself and got right to work. He worked alone and needed nothing from me once I showed him where thermostat and electrical were. When he finished (30 minutes) we chatted about my AC unit. He offered a service contract but was not pushy at all. I did in fact call the office later on to purchase a 3 times check up with this company. One big reason I boght the service contract is, as a single older woman I get taken advantage of much too often. I am on my 3rd condenser unit and my house is 14 years old! At least one service provider was probably selling me something I did not need. The owner of this company is on the state board to regulate companies doing dishonest work. He is someone I want on my side.

The technician arrived on time, performed his work quickly and efficiently, and did it all without waking the baby. Anyone who can do that will definitely be receiving repeat business.

Very through. Appointment process was easy, accommodating and very professional. After checking out HVAC system, serviceman explained each item on the checklist and recommendation (if any). we felt very confident that we were provided with a knowledgeable evaluation our home's HVAC system and regular maintanance items were done to keep it in good working order.

It went pretty well. Showed up in the first hour of 2 hour window we had set. He was very pleasant, polite, and conversational. Took the time to explain the a/c and how it worked. He was more than happy to explain everything that he did to m . I had to buy I pound of refrigerant t that was about $74 for the unit. I would use him again.

Went well. showed up on time and was professional. Serviced out AC unit and didn't try to upsell anything and no pressure. Would recommend and use for future.

I scheduled to have the technician out on Monday. The receptionist asked if everything was working and I told her the a/c unit wasn't pushing out cold air and that we'd like to have our tune up and cleaning and to let us know what else needed to be done. The receptionist said he could be here between 12pm and 2pm. He arrived at around 3pm but that's understandable. I was working from home that day so that wasn't a problem for me. The technician spent about 15 minutes looking at our unit and furnace. He didn't even clean the unit or tune anything up. He said our unit was completely busted and we needed a new one. Our unit is 10 years old and wasn't working so I accepted that. He scheduled for his boss to come out and give us an estimate for a new system. The next day, the boss came out and gave us an estimate for 2 different units. One was $3,000 and one that used a no longer manufactured gas for $1,895. I don't have that kind of money laying around so I told him we were going to shop around and we would let them know. I then scheduled a second opinion with Chapman Heating and Air Conditioning who were recommended to me by a coworker and they came out. He spent a long time looking at our unit and asked if we had a key to the padlock on the breaker box by the unit. The other guys didn't even ask that. I didn't have the key since we recently purchased our home and the lock was put on by the previous owner. He got out his bolt cutters and got the lock off, tweaked some things on the unit and we had a/c less than 5 minutes later. He then did the cleaning that these guys didn't do and we signed up for their service plan. Needless to say, what was a simple and cheap fix could have costed me a lot more than it did according to these guys! I obviously will not be doing business with them again.

The provider was punctual, polite, and finished the job in a timely manner.

This is not the first time I have used this company and they are always polite, punctual and honest.

The process of scheduling and getting them onsite wasn't an issue and was a good experience. The tech was very personable. Once onsite though I raised a concern of how loud the unit was running due to vibration and nothing was done about this. He found a component that he said needed replaced so I approved that replacement for $150.. He mentioned that they were supposed to leave a filter as part of the tune up and i asked that he do so but he failed to leave it as requested. I also asked about having them move the unit about 2' over from where it was and he quoted me nearly $400 for this even though he stated it could be done with the materials that were already there and would take 2-3 hours. Not sure what hourly rate they are charging but I found it highly overpriced for a simple task. I will not use them again.

Bought the big deal and a scheduler called within a day to schedule the service. I asked for a late afternoon appointment. The fellow called me the afternoon of the appointment and asked if he could come an hour early so I had to leave work and dash home. I'm sure he would have waited until later if I'd been insistent, but who doesn't like to leave work early? The service person had a professional appearance and wasn't afraid of my dogs. He went right to work and I fold him that since I had to leave work early, I expected him to do a through job. He wore booties when he went into the house and appeared to be very thorough. My unit is only about 4 years old so I didn't expect any surprises. I am satisfied with the service and for the price, he told me they weren't making any money off these deals, but hoped to build trust and relationships.

Basically I wanted a state of the union on my furnace and air conditioning unit. Overall a great experience! Easy to schedule and the guy that showed up was on time and super friendly. He gave both units a thumbs up. Which is great to know with the Midwest humidity right around the corner.

The serviceman advised me my furnace was old and less efficient than it should be. I was advised of this by a differenct company . Last fall I had my furnace turned-up and was told I would need a new furnace next year. I had the A/C serviceman notify his company to come out and look at my furance. Mark came out a few days later and inspected my furnace. My furnace is over 20 years old less than 60% efficient. Mark explained the different new furnaces and the upcoming requirement for more efficient furnaces. We discussed it and I selected the high end two stage 80% efficient furnace. At the appointed date the installation crew showed up. They removed my old furnace and installed my new furnace. They did an excellent job and were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and were gone in less than a day. Kudos to Mark and his company and crew.

The technician was very nice and personable. He explained everything that he was doing. He did a very good job.

In addition to performing the scheduled work, the technician (Steve) made a minor repair to our air filter, and even leveled our outside A/C unit by digging out the ground beneath it for no extra charge. We will definitely use this company again in the future.

The representative called before coming out. He was neat, professional, and courteous. I was very pleased with this company.

The Service Tech called before arriving and arrived within the time window promised. He was very personable, friendly, wore appropriate clothing, and appeared competent. The process was completed in about an hour and he reported that my system was in good shape for the coming summer heat. He checked the thermostat for accuracy and reported that it read about 3 degrees higher than actual. A replacement was offered, if I wanted, or he said I could just compensate for it.
