Mark was very efficient and quick to respond and book appointment. We had our house up for sale and the HVAC decided it was finished. You can't sell a house very easily without HVAC. Mark came gave an awesome estimate, booked the apt for installation, helped with financing, and the crew were in and out within hours. They were professional, punctual, and respectful. I would have no problem recommending this team, and in fact already have given their names to several friends and family. If in the future we were to need HVAC maint. or repair---these would be the fellas we could call!

The service went fine but ran into something. I thought something wasn't done properly and asked them to come back and check and they charged me. i was unaware that there would be an additional charge.

I bought the Big Deal, and someone from Mark IV called the next day to make an appointment. He showed up on time, completed the work, and gave me a few tips for future work that would extend the life of a pump. He offered to sign me up for an annual service contract but was not pushy when I declined.

We bought a Big Deal and the offer was $48 for an AC tune-up, cleaning, and inspection. We paid $48 plus $48 because he bought filters with him which we change once in six months. It went fine. His workmanship was good and he was professional. We would not be using him again because we have already signed up a maintenance contract with a different company for the next two visits. It is not that he did a poor job but it is just that we decided to go with another company which we have dealt with for thirty years.

It didn't cost me more than the big deal amount. He actually went outside and was supposed to clean and service our air conditioner. He went outside for a while and then he left. He had checked out on the inside and gave us our paper but he never said anything to us about the outside. He just told us that furnace was about 16 years old and that the air conditioner was about two years. He went out to check the air and then left. He didn't tell us he was leaving or anything. So I was kind of surprised about that. So I don't know for sure what all he did. The air conditioner was working. We just had it cleaned. It just needed to be cleaned and checked out. He never said anything to us about it. So I don't know what he found. he didn't communicate with us very well.

He found parts that were bad. But being the skeptic that I am, you always wonder if it was legit or not. But it was fine. He was very courteous, prompt and everything else was fine.
