That was good. It was pretty straight forward. They told me exactly what they were doing. They came on time. There was no problem. It wasn't too expensive.

They were on time and made sure the furnace was clean and ready for the winter. The technician identified a part that needed replaced in the future. He did not use any pressure tactics to sell me on additional services, which I appreciate. He just explained what the part was for, how much life was left, and the expected cost to replace. Because he was at the house, I decided to let him replace the part instead of wait for it to go out in the winter. Thank goodness - because this winter was bad.

The service was fine. He was prompt. He seemed to do his job and once he was done we discussed the condition of my water heater. He answered all of my questions and didn’t pressure me into further work.

Unfortunately the air conditioning compressor burned out so the technician was unable to perform the tune-up. He was very professional and gave me an estimate on a new high efficiency heating and A/C system.

Very nice company to deal with. I purchased this deal for a rental property. The service tech drove to my house by mistake and then all the way back to the other side of town to the rental property. They did not charge me extra for this either which was a nice surprise. He was very kind and got straight to work. He cleaned the unit and did find a code violation left by the installers. He was able to handle the repair right then and gave me a discount for having it done. Thank you for your prompt service.

They did exactly what they said they were going to do. The price was right. It was an air conditioning inspection and everything went OK. Their main concern was they were hoping to find something wrong and be able to fix it on the spot and charge me for it. Lucky for me nothing was wrong. It was good. They cleaned around the air conditioner and the stuff that they needed to clean. It didn't need any Freon. It worked out good for me. It was just an inspection. They are pretty far away on the other side of Indianapolis and I called the lady and she said they were going to be in my area on this day and I said that is OK.

I purchased a $39 for a seasonal furnace tune up and safety inspection from Mark IV Environmental Systems Inc. It’s fine. I don’t remember the exact date it’s like two days after I paid for. They are good and honest guys. I’m getting reports and recommended what I might need to do in the future.

They did a good job with scheduling and were accommodating. They did a good job with the tune-up, seemed knowledgable and were very professional.

I bought a Big Deal for the furnace cleaning and I was really impressed with them. The guy was very professional, he was on time, he did a thorough job, he said that my furnace was one of the dirtiest ones he'd ever cleaned and he spent a couple of hours doing it. I think he normally thinks that it's like a 30-minute job but it took him a couple of hours in cleaning it, he was very knowledgeable and I was really impressed.

The service went perfectly well and there were no issues with the furnace. He arrived on time and I am still very pleased that he was able to come out on Christmas Eve.
