It went very well. Technician was very nice and answered the couple of questions I had. Even came up with a size of filter that is easier to find so I won't have to special order.

Overall very well. The rep sent out was very polite and professional. I wasn't left a business card or received an e-mail follow up with the services performed though. He went over everything with me, but it was a lot of information to take in and would have liked to have seen a receipt, or e-mail, detailing everything that was done, if tests were run the results, etc. Our A/C unit is working great though and the temperature reading in the house seems to be accurate. But overall I would recommend them to a friend, neighbor, or family member and definitely use them again.

Great customer service- the sales agent arrived on time, and very quickly took diagnosed the issue and repaired it, even though he was only there for a tune up. When I googled prices for the repair they were in the 280-400 dollar price tag, and we were only charged 140. Very happy with the work done!

Arrived on time. Was very professional in demeanor. Did an excellent job. Was definitely more interested in earning my continuing business as opposed to trying to get me to buy/repair things that were not needed (unlike A LOT of other companies out there). Would certainly recommend to others.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. Overall it seemed to be pretty good. There was some kind of communication error when they were coming out. The window I was given for the service call was between 1-4 pm and the tech didn't show up until 6. I did not receive a call from them until 5:30 letting me know that and I had called at 4:30 letting them know that I hadn't heard anything. There were no additional charges, so that was perfect. Due to the lateness, they decided to give me a furnace tuneup in the fall at no charge to make up for that, which was very nice of them. I would absolutely use them again.

The technician was on time, professional, and skilled as he found the problem quickly and was able to repair it easily. he was able to answer all my questions concerning the unit as well as questions that I had concerning cooling difficulties in one of the rooms of my home. I am pleased with their service and will use this company again.

It went well. They had to have a home owner there, which was difficult due to not living at the home, but very respectable. I was impressed with their professionalism.

Steve arrived right at 8:30. Very nice and personable from the start. Checked my filter and foudn that i didn't need it replaced yet so left the new one for my future use. He found that I was a pound low on refrigerant and added that. He told me about their cleaning deal for 2 visits a year, 15% discount on repairs. No high pressure tactics! I did decide to take advantage of the inspections deal. Dfinitely would hire again!!!

It was just fine. I believe I spent $44. He said it's still kicking away and that's what was important. They were a very honest company and I've used them in the past too and I've always been impressed with them. They've never tried to sell me things I didn't need. My air conditioning is 21 years old and they could've easily told me that there was problem.

I asked for the same tech who had worked on my house when I made the appointment, and he showed up as scheduled. I explained the problem (AC not working), and then I had to run due to an emergency. He called me about an hour later to explain that a wire was disconnected, and that he had fixed that and cleaned the coils. Everything else looked fine. Best 59 bucks I have spent in a while. I have now signed a contract with Mark IV for tune-ups for the next year on my rental. The tech was professional and honest and did the job right (the unit is working great according to my renters)....there is not much else you could want from a AC/Heating company....now if I could only find an honest mechanic!

It went very well, very professional and very personable. Was kind enough to point out some code violations from previous work that had been done and took the time to show me what should have been done and what needed to be done to bring the area in question to code in case we decided to sell the house in the future.

We had no heat. Gosh, I don't really remember, I mean, I just know it was one of those kind of emergency situations and he came out and he kind of got it going as best he could until he could come back and fix it, which was just maybe like the day after Christmas. And I mean, the came out and replaced everything. It was great. They were very knowledgeable, they still send me, like I think I get free tune ups once a year, or no I think its twice a year, in the Spring and in the Fall. They, I know I had to call them out for something, I can't remember what, and one of the man came out and he told me I was using the wrong furnace filter and I didn't need to buy the most expensive ones, I could just go with the cheaper ones that were actually better for our furnace, and they didn't charge me for coming out or anything. Yea, so I mean, they are very very nice, and, I mean, we were so grateful that they were able to come out and get us taken care of right around the holidays. The price is an A. I don't really remember, but I know that we didn't cringe about it, really, so. When you have your whole system replaced you know it's going to be a lot of money, so. I think we were just so happy that they could come out and take care of us as quickly as they did.

I had to reschedule the initial appointment and they had no problems with rescheduling. The technician replaced the filter that I had provided and completed the work in about 45 minutes. He cleaned up after the job was completed. I was satisfied with the work that they did.

The service tech was on time, friendly, helpful and got right to work. This is the second time I have used this provider and will use them again.

Serviceman was prompt and efficient. He cleaned the electronic air filter and noticed and corrected air leakage in the duct system.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went very well. The work was done right after I placed the order. They were out there within days. I paid about $100 above the deal price because there was an issue with one of the parts.

A representative arrived promptly on April 14th for the above services. As part of the water heater inspection, the relief valve was checked. I later observed that the relief valve was leaking from calcium buildup. The same representative returned on April 25th to replace the defective valve. The service call was $75 and the materials and labor was an additional $30.30 plus $2.12 sales tax. I believe that the leaking valve should have been detected during the initial visit and corrected at an additional cost. The combination of the costs for the big deal and second visit is reasonable.

Very well, very informative about future replacements, and options. Professional and nice. Would use again and consider when replacing furnance.

The team was professional and courteous. I did have an issue I needed to have resolved with the company but they were very responsive and resolved my problem to my satisfaction. I would use them again.

Steve checked thermostat, check temperature, clean air conditioner, check air flow, and many other things. He was on time and very personable. I signed up for service contract.
