Overall fantastic experience! Mark was a pleasure to work with and was by far the most honest and cost effective company I contacted to bid the project. From top to bottom and from beginning to end, Mark IV provided top notch service. Everyone at the company, from office staff to installers were polite, professional and courteous. The project itself was quite large and went off without a hitch. After a few days in and out everything was done. Mark even let me know that he would be back in the spring to fire up the A/C unit and tune up the system as needed at no additional cost. This is definitely a company I feel like I can count on to be fair and provide excellent service. I highly recommend them for any HVAC work you might need. Thanks again Mark!

They were nice, cordial and on time. They informed me that due to the way my furnace is set up they are not able to install the humidifier, so no work was done.

At the inspection we were told that our original home air conditioner had been installed incorrectly. We we told to schedule an appointment with the owner so he could better advise as to our options. The owner came and spent over 2 hours of my time discussing what was wrong and what might need to be done. He wrote pages of notes and said he would need a day or two to draw up a schematic and give us a price quote. Waited a week and when I didn't hear back I called and left a message for him to call me. He had several means of contacting me, email, phone and home address and yet I never hear anything.

I was very pleased with the service. The appointment was easily made,...the service man was prompt and very neat...he explained what he had done...and the invoice was conveniently emailed to me.

The humidifier was not compatible with my unit. He was very thorough in explaining why the units were not compatible; he was not trying to upsell me. He was very detailed and left the decision up to me. He was a good honest guy and company coming out. They could have done something but it would have been a mess and more money.

We found this company through an Angie's List deal on a whole home humidifier. The installer was on time, friendly and installed the unit without issue. We no longer shock ourselves every time we touch something in the house. When we first jumped on the deal (350 for unit and installation), we though for sure we'd have some buyers remorse; a whole home humidifier sounded a bit like a waste of money. Now, we are extremely happy we went through with it.

Scheduling and everything was good in general. My experience with them was fine. We have since used them again since having them out for the deal.

Prior to purchase, we spoke with the provider regarding the possibility of requiring a different unit, as mentioned in the fine print. He stated that since our house was not that old it shouldn't be a problem and even said they would come out to assess. We purchased the deal, and when the representative came, he said it wouldn't fit, but offered to get another brand at an additional cost of $345, but no guarantee that would fit either. This was not an acceptable option and we declined. A phone call to the person we spoke with initially yielded no solution to the problem.

The tune up and inspection went really well. The Big Deal drew me in and the work turned out great. We are satisfied with the cleaning.

My experience with them was good. They did a good job. I think it was right on. They stuck to the Big Deal price of $48. In the future if I end up needing a tune up, I would contact them again if the deal is right.

Everything turned out well. The technician was on time, acted courteously, and did a thorough job. Thankfully, he didn't find any issues with the unit.

Impressed that the owner took the time to measure my house before his recommendations. I was complaining that my house was not cooling and heating well enough. Iam convinced that my old units were under sized. The air and furnace were installed on 8-21-14. Returned today to install a new flue.(8-28-14) The installers were considerate and respectful. Iam now cool and comfortable

Serviceman arrived promptly, was very professional. My furnace is in crawl space and he was unable to inspect it because of knee injury. Also, furnace filters were supposed to be replaced but he was unable to do that because he did not have the correct size. I do not believe the filter size was his fault, I gave the correct measurements to the company when I requested the service, they did not give him the correct filter size measurements.

I was very impressed with the service provider who came to the house. He arrived on time, and was personable,respectful, thorough and professional. He answered several questions not related to the ac unit, which I appreciated. I would definitely call them again.

Contacted this company June 17th when our A/C went out. The tech was there the next day on time. Professional and friendly .He explained that the blower motor and module was not working. He took his time and was very thorough in his diagnosis. The bad news was that my unit had a fancy, expensive "variable speed blower motor". The good news about it was the blower motor is very energy efficient. The tech was able to replace it the same day, and by evening the house was cool again. Amen for A/C. A few days later, my wife was complaining that the blower was vibrating and making noise. It bothered her badly and I put my hand on the housing and felt a vibration that wasn't there before. I contacted them and they sent another tech out a few days later and he said the blower wheel was out of balance and that they would replace it at no charge. It took a week or so but they finally came out and did that. At no charge. I appreciate the honesty. Now the only reason I gave them a C for cost is because I don't know how much or what the going price is for this kind of work. I did not get an itemized bill. I don't know how much the part cost or what their hourly rate came out to. I do know HVAC repair is usually expensive, but as most companies charge you to look at the problem, you don't really get to shop around for pricing. So I don't have a way to compare their price. But since it is a competitive field, I assume their price is around the going rate for this type of service. Still it would have been nice to have had a itemized bill. As far as the service went, I would use them again and recommend them to others.

They were going to change a filter, but I change the filter regularly and it didn't need changed. They left the filter for me to use in the future though. They were really good.

Spent at least an hour testing and performing maintenance on my system. Made some adjustments and let me know the status of my system -- which was all good. He did not try to sell anything. I did need coolant and hence the back and forth testing and adjustments. I was connected to him through a special offer here so he had no way of being additionally compensated for all the care I received. He was meticulous about using booties so as not to bring dirt in -- like I would notice!

It went well. They were at the home for about an hour and they sent one tech. He was really nice.

Conducted AC tune up. Added 1 pound of refrigerant in my system after finding out that the charge was low.
