I was very impressed with Mark IV Environmental Systems. He showed up early which was very nice and was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me some maintenance tips going forward which should help keep my air conditioner efficient. It was a great experience.

It went real well. It was fairly quick. The guy that came out just made suggestions, didn't seem he was trying to pressure you for more services. He seemed pretty good.

The service went well and and I was pleased with the outcome. The price seemed high and I feel I was over charged.

I have used them before and always impressed.

I did not like the type of humidfier they were going to provide so I did not end up using this big deal or working with the company.

Everything went well when I spoke with the provider, however I was not able to install the unit because of the way my home is set up.

The deal is not compatible with my furnace.

They were fine. I would recommend them. They did a fine job. They came out when they said they would. We had no issue. We used them in the past for the tune up of the air conditioner.

They were professional and seemed to know what they were talking about. I was happy with the explanation; they were just not able to the work.

The people were very nice, but we were not able to use this deal. The humidifier that they advertised did not fit on the furnace in out home. If we were to use the one that they had, it would have been a significant price jump.

They installed the humidifier on Nov.8. I went to look for the serial number so I could register for the warranty but couldn't find it so they sent someone out. He couldn't find it either and gave me a random number to use. Over the next days I called the company because I didn't notice any difference in the feel of the air. I called to tell them this and was told to give it a few weeks. I waited a couple of more weeks and called again. I was told that because of a large work load they wouldn't be able to come out until after the holidays. When they finally came out the tech said that the humidifier wasn't working but he rigged it up so that it would run. I wasn't happy with this so they sent someone else out to replace it. Apparently the tech they sent out to look for the serial number damaged the unit. So from time we bought it until we finally received a working unit, was more then 3 months! It has only been a couple of weeks but I feel no difference in the quality of the air and I actually think it feels colder than more comfortable as I was told it would feel adding the humidifier. Also occasionally it makes a loud buzzing noise.

The humidifier just didn't fit for us. It needs other construction work prior to installation. If I replace the furnace I will consider using them.

Provider on time - did job - great communications.

That service turned out fine and we did not have any issues. Just one employee came out and he did a good job.

The gentleman was very courteous and had my heat back on in about 1/2 hour. My son will start investigating new furnaces. I will definitely get a quote from Mark IV. It has been years since I have had my furnace worked on so the price may be reasonable. Being the cheap person that I am I would much rather it was $100 but I was glad to pay that to have heat again and I was happy with the service.

Showed up right on time and did a good job exposing what they were going to and the time it would take to install. After the humidifier was installed he showed us how to operate it and the needed maintenance.

They did a thorough job. I felt good enough about the service that I signed an extended service agreement.

Technician was courteous and competent. I would definitely recommend and use again.

I had a humidifier installed several years ago by another company. They recently were out for a semi-annual inspection and told me my humidifier was no longer working and needed to be replaced. I purchased Mark IV's offer to install a humidifier for $349. When Mark IV came out, the technician discovered the humidifier had not been wired correctly and fixed it for only $79. He explained I could get my $349 back from Angie's List. I was very impressed with his honesty and ability to minimize my costs.

Mark IV installed the humidifier which they were hired to do. The service person waited for me to come home to show me how to service the humidifier. The owner answered my questions I had before the installation. They do good work.

Performed maintenance and check up. Was helpful, prompt, and friendly. No complaints.
