The serviceman arrived at the scheduled time and proceeded to check both units. He explained what he had done and offered suggestions about maintenance. We also discussed the possibility of replacing the units at a future date.

I purchased a Big Deal to get my annual A/C tune-up and everything went well. I was provided a courtesy call before Alex arrived to the house. I always appreciate this gesture from any company that has work to do at my house. The tune-up went quickly without problems. I was given a detailed report on the overall health of my cooling system. Alex was very polite and professional. I would recommend this company.

They needed to make two trips out since the day they scheduled, they didn't have the right humidifier in their truck. Rather have it right then put in a lesser product. Worked great all winter and REALLY helped our house feel more comfortable.

The owner, Mark Stansbury, quoted us a complete furnace and air conditioning system. We called the office and Mark was over the next day to quote. He was prompt and professional. He was the only person or company that offered to actually measure our house and calculate it both by hand and with a computer to determine whether we needed a 3.5 ton or 4 ton unit. In addition to being very professional, Mark is just a straight-forward, honest man which is very important when considering such large purchases. I would highly recomment Mark for your HVAC needs.

I bought service agreement 1 yr. ago. They gave me 3 service calls for price of two. They have been thorough, punctual, and courteous. They remind you when time for service and even reschedule it temp is not cool enought to check A/C. No one has ever told me that before.
