The technician arrived at the appointed time and performed services quickly and left the site very clean. We were very satisfied with the service and would definitely use the company again.

Gentleman was prompt and very professional ..... but we decided that we could do that ourselves next time to save the expense.

The tech was very nice and he was very careful about keeping things clean as he worked. He was very informative about water heater and what I could expect in the future with a nine year old water heater.

Our furnace drain was clogged and we bought a big deal for A\C Tuneup that included drain flushing. They were great. Got the issue taken care of. Didn't try to talk me into anything extra Would definitely call them again. Now no more water puddles in the garage.

I called and made my initial appt knowing they may not be able to install the humidifier on the first day. I got the appt at the day and time I requested and they arrived on time and were pleasant. The installer told me that he didn't know if it would be possible to install a humidifier on our furnace because of the cramped quarters we have in our furnace closet, but he would look into the different options and give me a call back. He did call a week later to let me know he spoke with the manager and knew how to work around the problem and that instead of the original $600 quoted it would be $1000. He said the office would call and schedule the appt. I never received a phone call. One week later I called and scheduled the appt, received a reminder call, then received another call at 6 pm the night before apologizing that they didn't realize they needed to order the humidifier from their distributor and wouldn't be able to reschedule until the following week. The person who called to let us know about the mixup continued to say to me over and over that "Well, it isn't humidifier season" as if that were an acceptable excuse for not being prepared. I'm trying to have it installed before it is humidifier season so I have it when I need it. I rescheduled for the following week and when the installer arrived he looked over the job again and had to apologize again because he failed to check the pipes the first time he came out. He stated that he wouldn't be able to install the humidifier until I hired a plumber to swap out our pex tubing for copper plumbing. This whole mess cost me 3 days off work and I don't even have a humidifier to show for it.

Big time rip off. Was there ever any intent to do as stated on this big deal ad or just trying to get their foot in the door for the sales pitch? I might be a senior citizen but still have my common sense and still liked to be kissed before you try to ____ me.

They were very professional. They arrived on time. Everything went smoothly. We got a great deal, and the humidifier works great!

Actually it was not very well. I actually have not had the service yet. I scheduled it twice and they cancelled twice on me and I have not heard back from them. I frankly have had the time to contact them. I got it for my grandmother, for her AC unit to get it going on the Spring before it got hot and I scheduled it and they said it was sprinkling and they said they could not work in the rain. So I said okay and we re-scheduled and the day it was scheduled they called and said it was too cold and they can?t come again. The price seem good but I have not had the work done yet.

He was punctual, informative & respectful. I purchased a Deal & didn't cash it in for use, they followed up to get the service scheduled.

They know their stuff. When I had a vision in my head of the kind of person I wanted to show up at my door, it's like I created this guy. It's a small company. I met two of their guys. They're both older gentlemen and extremely experienced. They're also so knowledgeable and friendly. I have a 96 year old home that has interesting challenges. I wanted someone who could troubleshoot that and they knew exactly what I wanted. They were fantastic. I loved them. Both of the guys who came out were fantastic.

The provider was very courteous, knowledgeable and funny. He walked around all of the units and gave me some info and advice on how to keep each running at peak performance. I definitely feel that I got my money's worth out of this deal. I will use them again next year. Thanks!

Great job. On time, done quickly.

Very knowledgeable service technician did the inspection and tuneup. Brought to my attention issues I might wish to address when time to get a new furnace/air conditioner. No other technicians have ever educated me on these issues. I really appreciated him addressing these. Very impressed by knowledge of technician. Excellent inspection and tune up.

It took him 10 minutes to do the work, and he didn't find anything wrong. When I clean the unit myself, I take the covers off and clean out the debris from the inside out. This tech didn't open the case at all, and did it from the outside in. When I questioned the individual, he said he didn't want to get water on the electrical panels -- even though I'd seen other companies open the unit and clean from the inside out.

The installer attempted to install the whole house humidifier but wasn't able to install it on the first time he came due to the furnace vent layout. The installer came back and brought a different type of humidifier and was able to install it that time. The humidifier worked as described. The installation was very clean.

Very nice. Tech found that our A/C unit was kaput. The owner came to my home to then write an estimate for a new unit and furnace as the previous owner and installed a furnace that was way too big for my home and an A/C unit that was way too small. We ultimately decided to go with another company for the install as Mark IV's quote was a little out of our budget, but cannot say enough nice things about Mark and his company. I will definitely recommend them in the future.

Mark IV Environmental did an amazing job. They were professional, communicative, and punctual. Alex Smith was the tech who performed the tune-up, and he was truly outstanding. He was unusually knowledgeable and exceptionally patient in answering questions and offering helpful suggestions to get the most out of our HVAC unit. It was genuinely a pleasure - and reassurance! - to have his help.
