I bought a new house and wanted the hot water heater checked as it is a little older but not used for part of the time as the house was vacant. The technician was very thorough and discussed each section with me. A possible concern came up and he gave me some suggestions for follow through on it. The technician was very polite and helpful. I would use this company again if needed.

Christian was great. He came in and serviced the furnace, explained the problem with the Intake, and had the part ordered before he left for the day. The second time around when installing the box, he had it finished within half an hour, and everything else cleaned up around and inside the furnace.

It was wonderful. He was honest, thorough, very pleasant and happy to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

Did not request emergency service, but they got back to me first thing Monday morning anyway, and were out to my house that afternoon. Fixed the problem within 20 minutes!

Task was completed, but I don't think thoroughly enough. The task was completed in 20-25 minutes. I expected the tank to be drained and to see sediment since the tank hadn't been flushed for 2-3 years. I've had the task completed by other companies and there was evidence of lime build-up/sediment at the bottom of the tank for a 2/3 year old heater. I'm concerned enough to have the tank flushed again. Maybe it's because it was cold out, approx 30 degrees. The technician was courteous and answered my questions. After he removed the water hose and about to leave, I asked if everything was returned to their original setting he said yes but checked again to make sure the breakers were back on, well they weren't so he turned them on again. I'm so glad I asked.

It went great!! The gentleman was very professional and explained to me what he was doing and explained some things about my furnace. One of the most valuable things that he told me was I needed a carbon monoxide machine in my bedrooms. My response was "I have one in my hallway". He explained that if there was a problem with my furnace that the fumes would come thru my vents as I slept and the alarm could save my life. I informed my neighbor and he immediately got alarms for his bedrooms. I am giving this valuable information to others.

Excellent service. They also serviced and set up our whole-house humidifier, which we didn't even know we had.

Bad. I never heard back about my order of the heating system checkup after paid on Angies list.

He was efficient, he came when he was supposed to and he showed me what he had done you know as far as like I said he caught the water in a bucket and it was you know, he let me know and that he checked out but I'm sorry I can't remember what else he checked out for me but I appreciated that though.

The unexpected thing was they discovered it on Friday afternoon and they did not fix it until Tuesday morning. I was without air conditioning for three days. There would have been an extra charge for them to come on Saturday.

I found a $50 deal on Angie's List for a service call and check up. Excellent deal. Christian was extremely punctual and professional. Very thorough. He explained what he was doing step-by-step-by-step to find the noise issue. He patiently examined the innards of my furnace and he saved me at least $1,000
