Actually he thought no action was needed and water marks were old. Appreciated his honesty and it wasn't a company which used scare tactics to make owners pay for things they didn't need.

The technician did a great job cleaning our furnace and was very personable.

Technician tried to setup our Honeywell wireless thermostat to control the humidifier, but it wouldn't work. He went above and beyond in his effort to do so. Ended up with the manual control, but it works great. Work looks very professional in a tight area.

The technician (Steve) arrived, was pleasant, and went right to work. The job took about 4 hours but he took no breaks of any kind. The unit is quiet and seems to work very well. Steve left our house as clean as when he arrived.

The installer was not able to installed the humidified on the second floor furnace due to space limitation. But he did the installation on the basement unit.

Virtually painless! The office reached out to me promptly to schedule the installation. The tech was prompt, friendly and efficient. Work area was cleaned up and I was given a quick how to on pilot light, temp adjustment etc. Happy to not worry about waking up to a cold shower one morning.

They moved up my service replacement due to an earlier opening. Wry much appreciated so I could get the new furnace installed on a day I was off work.

Perfectly. My installer was excellent and got the job done quickly and well.

I noticed that the guy did not replace the filter but I did not say anything because I was not sure if he was supposed to. I looked at the paperwork and noticed that it did say that they would replace filter. Other than this I would have been 100% satisfied.

Unfortunately they could not help me, however, they were very kind and explained all my other options. If I need it I would probably call them.

It was just fine. I've used them before through Angie's List and they always do a good job. Everything was fine. They were nice. It's an honest company. I never feel like they're trying to sell me something that I don't need. The work was just fine. I would recommend them for service. I don't have any complaints on anything.

Tech who came to home said he wasnt a water heater man rather HVAC however flushing a water heater would not improve efficiency and left without performing service. I stated that I wanted a refund since service was not performed. They stated that they could apply it to the expense of buying and installing a new water heater. I would like AngiesList to please refund my expense.
