Honestly this purchase was less than expected and hoped for. I should've just used this money towards the purchase of a heat gain/loss test. The technician seemed knowledgeable and was not pushy. I think I was hoping for more suggestions and possible solutions to my lack of air flow. Granted I do have a 20 plus year old A/C. My ratings are probably a little harsh but for $109 and 20 minutes of being onsite this service is overpriced in my opinion. There was plenty of opportunity for them to follow up on additional and potential services but I have not heard from anyone.

He was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. The job was done well.

It went really well. It was too cold to test the AC on the day of the appointment so the tech used my coupon to test my furnace. He pointed out a couple of code related problems for me to fix and gave me some very helpful advice on the best type of filter to choose. He also answered all of the questions I had about UV systems and whole house humidifiers for next winter. The tech's name was Christian and he was very good.

The technician arrived on time and was professional. He informed us that our system was in working order and nothing needed to be fixed or replaced at this time.

I contacted Mark IV the morning after seeing the Angie's coupon. I was told to purchase the coupon, then someone would contact me that day regarding installation. I had mentioned I wanted it installed that day or the next. Next call I get is that the installer is sitting in my driveway. No heads up call, and I was 30 minutes away at work. So I rushed home. My son let him in the house so he had already drained the water heater and he was waiting on a second person to assist. The first tech put on shoe covers before entering the house. I noticed the second person did not and he had walked in and out of the house several times. The work took approximately 3 hours and they cleaned up before leaving. The first tech explained the work he did and some modifications he had to make to pipes and the exhaust duct. Overall I was pleased with the installation. Unfortunately, a couple days later I noticed the grass in my front yard was yellowing and learned that my old water heater was drained into the yard rather than down the driveway. I googled online and learned that hot water will kill your grass. Now I have a 3-4" circumference spot of dead grass along with trails where the water ran. Not good!

This was a big deal purchase. So far so good; the service turned out good. I haven't had any problems with it. There were no additional charges. We had it in for practically the whole winter. It seems to be working fine. They got back to me pretty quickly once I signed up for the deal.

It was great from start to finish, speaking with the staff and coordinating the service was well executed. From the beginning the expectations were set in case weather would change the schedule. Steve, the technician, was a pleasure to have over at our house inspecting our equipment, even brought booties to cover his shoes when walking in the house. Bonus points! Ultimately I was interested in setting up a maintenance agreement for my AC unit and heater, so Steve was able to set that all up as well. Look forward to having Steve back in the fall.

Both the initial contact from the company and the actual service call were prompt, professional and courteous.

Went fine - scheduling was easy and the tech arrived on time. The work was completed quickly, and he spent enough time on the units to make me believe it was done well. The one disappointment was that they could not top off my "old style" refrigerant although 1 of my units needed it. But he told me up front that was a possibility.

Professional on time, friendly, explained everything. I need a new furnace/AC unit and will be replacing it in the fall with Mark IV Environmental Systems Inc. Financially I need to wait since I won't be needing it till fall.

Technician struggled with controls - not familiar

Install was great. They came out to inspect our system to make sure everything would fit and that all necessary pluming was present. They pointed out some plumbing I needed to adjust and once I had it done they came back and installed. They did s great job. We are really happy with our choice.
