Excellent job! Tech was very thorough.

Technicians from Mark IV Environmental Systems, Inc. came out and inspected and cleaned both of my central air conditioning units. They were right on time. They were friendly and professional. They explained what they did and how my AC units were peforming. I will definitely call them again should I require service on my cooling or heating units in the future.

Well, the tech was very knowledgeable.

I purchase a deal for a water heater flush. The technician was very nice and also knowledgeable. He drained the water heater and also took a look at my heating unit while he was waiting. He advised of other Angie's List member discounts that would be available to me if I hired them for services in the future, which was good to know. I would call this company again if I needed this type of service.

Called company and requested the same technician always service my account and let them know that I am very satisfied a D wanted the tech to be recognized for his work and professional demeanor.

I give the experience a B. But, they were supposed to give me a furnace filter and he told me I didn't need a new filter. I did need a new one because it was gray. I am guessing that he told me that because he didn't have the size.

Flushed water heater which removed some lime sediment. Arrived on time and was professional. Only problem is that I have a small leak that I didn't have before.

Had to wait a few days to get on schedule and get parts but eventually work was performed and service by Christian was excellent.

The install went well. They removed the old and replaced with the new. They were in and out quickly and were extremely prompt. My only issue is the installer swiped my credit card but somehow the payment was never deducted from my account. I had to follow up with them on two different occasions to get them to process my payment.

Tech arrived per scheduled window, contacting me just ahead of arrival to verify he was on his way. Professional and pleasant interaction, explained what he was doing and the results of work done. Work completed in a timely manner.

Thought everything had gone well until we started noticing sulfur smell about 8 months after new heater was installed. Didn't think it could be from heater since it was brand new, so we had water softener company we use come out to test the water. Come to find our water is fine but the magnesium rod inside the heater reacts differently with well water amd causes this smell as the rod deteriorates. Advised we needed an alloy rod put in to resolve this issue. Called Mark IV to inquire and they said they would order a rod and call me to schedule. 2 weeks went by and I finally called back to see if they had the rod and we could schedule work. I don't even think it was ordered yet. After that I wasn't getting a response so I had another provider come out. They were shocked to learn that Mark IV didn't inquire about whether I was on city or well water prior to the job...made it sound like that would be a pretty standard question and that they should have been able to put an alloy rod in before installation at my house. I left another vm for Mark IV last Thursday after learning this (so as to avoid paying another provider ) and still havent heard back. so now I still have sulfur smelling water and will likely have to pay another provider for something I have been advised should have been addressed when having the initial install done. Really Dissapointing.

It when well on time and good to work with had to get more parts but no more money !
