Even though the roof has not been started, yet I have no doubt I will be completely satisfied. That is why I rated 5.0 for work quality. They have been so helpful in all aspects that I know their work quality will measure up with everything else they have already done. I am so thankful I went on HomeAdvisor to find them.

Shield Exteriors was very quick and professional. Best of all, I didn't have to do a thing. They took care of all the cleanup. They were here, and then they were gone and I now have a beautiful, secure roof to show for it that will last the rest of my lifetime!

Overall my experience on this project was very good. The sales guy was very friendly and knowledgeable. The Installers were in and out while the workmanship was very good quality. After the following day, a clean up crew was there and made sure the property looked as if there was never any work done.

Company delivered what was promised. Property was clean and all materials removed from the yard.

Fast, clean and courteous. They installed a metal roof on our very large roof in 3 days. The end result is tremendous. Definitely give them a call if you are thinking of a new roof

Job was done fast and efficient, so was clean up. Crew was polite and informative . House looks beautiful with the new copper penny colored metal roof and new gutters. We get all kinds of complements on how nice it looks. Sales person Brad Mills was very polite and informative, plus he was not a pushy like most sale rep's.

Shields Exterior did a GREAT job from expanding to financial to ONE DAY installation to clean up. They are GREAT company to hire if you want a great job done. We love your roof.

They contacted me within 24 hrs of requesting a quote and we were able to schedule an evening within a few days for a rep to come out for a quote. The rep, Shane Schooley, was amazing. He explained the process very thoroughly and talked with a project manager even before we made our decision to use Shield Exteriors for our roof. They discussed our problem area and had a game plan of how they needed to move forward with our specific needs. A day before the materials were delivered we received a phone call letting us know and once we had the materials the following day they start and finished our roof. We received another call to let us know material scrap/ trash will be picked up next day. They left our house and yard in same or better condition than we had it. One note is if your house is a bit odd like ours ask if the team needs outside electrical outlets.

Our experience with shield was an awesome one from start to finish.the salesman Brock was very pleasant and informative.the job was done in a timely manner.the crew we had that put the roof on were great.they arrived at 07:30 am and were done by 4pm. Hats off to you fellows for doing a great job.we love our metal roof.well worth the money spent.it looks so stellar! I liked the fact that the sales rep came to my home and he took his time explaining everything in detail with me. It was like talking to one of your family members. They called me the day before the install to let me know when the materials would be delivered and when they would arrive to do the install. I was working the day of the install, but my neighbors were very impressed as to how quickly and professionally they worked to get the job done. The whole process from the start to the end results was so worth it. Shield Exteriors cares that the customer is 100% satisfied with the work that they do. I would recommend them to anyone thinking about going with a metal roof. My roof looks amazing!

The salesman came to the house and explained everything in clear concise language. The metal for the roof is a heavier gauge than other installers and the warranty cannot be beaten. How can you beat a lifetime? The installation crew came the first part of January 2019 the day after we had severe cold weather and icy roads for the day of installation. Installation was performed by an excellent knowledgeable crew in a most professional manner. The installation was done in one day and the crew picked up all their trash, clippings, etc. and put it on a tarp at the side of my yard. Their cleanup crew came the following day and took away all the trash. I would highly recommend this company and crew to anyone.
