These folks were true professionals in every sense of the word, Had set up an appointment for Monday, because they were booked for Friday when I called, but the technician called and worked me in that afternoon. They arrive promptly and cleaned up area before installing new dryer(old one had been there for almost 26 years) and we could not move it because of the gas hook up. They put in our new gas line, hooked up the steam hoses and the dryer vent. They then installed the washer and ran both appliances through a test cycle to make sure every thing was working properly and even wipe off the new appliances and again tidied up the area, We have truly found a plumbing company we will not hesitate to call again!!! Pricing was excellent and the experience was totally awesome from start to finish!!! Thank you Taylor Plumbing & Sewer, you made our day!!!!

Very impressed with this company. They set up the appointment when it was convenient for me. All contact was very pleasant and professional. Arrived early and got right to work. They repaired a non functioning shower head and then replaced a broken outdoor spigot. They had to cut into a wall to do the repairs and they left the room as clean or cleaner than when they arrived. A very pleasant experience and we will call them again if we are in need of any plumbing services.

Great experience with Taylor Plumbing! Sent them a message through Angie's List and they got back to me the same day to schedule an appointment. Called ahead of arrival, prompt, fast. When he was leaving I mentioned I found them on Angie's List, and he said there's a $10 coupon online. I had printed it, but forgot to give it to him. He redid the bill for me so I saved $10.00 Very cool. I will use them again.

We had a wet spot in the roof over the garage. The contractor had to cut a hole in ceiling and did so only upon requesting my approval. The leak was associated with upstairs bathroom tub. He was methodical in his diagnosis, trying most obvious, inexpensive thing first, replacing putty around drain and then testing. Upon failed test he worked on the underside of drain next and discovered cracked fitting on underside. He didn't have part but quickly obtained one to finish repair. Overall he was friendly, courteous, and finished the work in a timely fashion. I would definitely use Taylor again in the future. They were quick to respond to my service request. Due to the age of the original faucet, removal was not easy and required a lot of labor to remove it. The Taylor rep was professional,, on time, and did an outstanding job. The faucet looks great and the price was definitely worth having a professional do the job. It looks like I have a new sink!

They called within hours of me leaving a message and suggested that I purchase my stove first and then when they came they could do a full installation. Two weeks later I called to say I had the stove and they scheduled me for the installation. Called one hour before arriving as I had asked and then arrived on time. The installer was professional, friendly and informative. Felt the price was fair and the comfort of knowing it is installed correctly is a good feeling. They are in my contact list now for any time I need any type of plumbing work to be completed!

They did a really good job. It was a huge job and they did an excellent job. They got it all done in one day and I thought that was amazing. They were literally there all day doing that. We had a little bit of an issue with them getting there, but I don't think it was their fault. The owner had a family emergency so we did have to put back the job a couple of times which was understandable because these things happen. When they did finally come to do the job, they did an excellent job while they were there. It was a 2-man crew and they were constantly telling us what they were doing, how they were doing it, why they were doing it, and showing us different things. We trusted them completely. We will use them again. I thought the price of $1200 was very reasonable for all that they did.

Called and left message for a call-back the night before. Told them that there was no big hurry. Brian called the next day and advised that they had a cancellation and could come out whenever was convenient for me as I had a previous appointment. Came in the afternoon and fixed the flush handle on the toilet. Probably no big deal for a man, but not for an old lady. Also turned on the water leading to a utility sink in the garage and checked for any leaks. Showed me the location of the turn-off valves. Charged $90 less the $10 coupon. Brian was very professional and courteous. Will definitely use them again.

They were very professional. They did the job for $425.00 which was 1/3 of the cost quoted by Northside Plumbing.

Workman showed up as scheduled. He had to work a considerable time to get to the problem. Work was completed to our satisfaction and area was cleaned up before he left. No problems since. He explained everything he had to do and gave us a ball park figure before starting.

I got the part and they replaced it. After the job was done, he checked underneath the tub to check if there was any leakage. They were professional.

The gentlemen were professional as well as courteous, and work was done to our satisfaction. We waited a few days for service but it was worth it. Overall, happy and would use again.

They were very professional throughout the whole process and knew when to call in others to help (HVAC, the leak was UNDER the furnace and caused the duct work to rust through and that needed repaired).

they showed up in a timely manner, and got right to work.there was very good contact between them and me. he let me know ever thing he was doing at the time. polite and easy to talk to. great guys i'll be happy to have them back next time.

I called to have a broken garbage disposal removed and new installed, and I had a leak under my kitchen sink. I had already purchased a replacement garbage disposal. The plumber (Steve I believe) arrived and was immediately irritated because he'd brought a garbage disposal to install and I already had one. He proceeded to tell me that his was a better brand and I could take mine back. I asked for the price of his which was near the same price I'd paid but mine was 3/4 horsepower vs his 1/2, and mine had a longer warranty, so I requested to use my own. He proceeded to tell me that he only warrantied his own garbage disposal and would not warranty mine. I still wanted to use my own. He was clearly irritated since he arrived and did not like my decision. He went to work, I was in the next room and he proceeded to swear, clearly not under his breath, throughout the installation. Someone came to the door and asked if my water was on (I don't know if they were with Taylor or not?), I went to let him in thinking they were together and he told me no, he wanted "Mr Taylor" to check. I asked the person in the kitchen and he told me to check the bathroom, again very clearly irritated and not trying to hide it. I didn't mind that he told me to do it myself, but I was uncomfortable with how angry he was when he told me. When he was done he came out and told me the charge, I paid and he left without telling me anything about the installation or the leak. I quickly ran some water to see if there was any obvious leak and didn't see anything so assumed he'd fixed it. A few days later after using the sink more than just turning it on for a minute (filling multiple watering jugs) I noticed that it does still have a leak. I would have said that I felt like $160.00 seemed fair to install a disposal and fix a leak, but this guy was 100% unprofessional and rude from the time he walked in my home until he left, and I still have a leak. I actually go to people's homes for my job also, and I can't imagine ever treating one of my clients that way. I've never been that rude even when I had clients being rude to me. I will obviously never call them to do any work for me ever again.

We were told we would hear from them between 11 and 1:00 p.m.. They called at 10:30, and arrived at 11:00 a.m. Once here, they went right to work, and removed the garbage disposal. Then they cleaned out the pipes to remove the clogs and allow the water to move freely again. They were very professional yet personable and friendly. They clearly explained what was causing the problem, and then followed through to fix it. They also told us what to watch for, and upon seeing signs of future clogs, give them a call before it got out of hand. They asked if there were any further issues, which they were willing to fix while at our home. We felt the cost was worth every penny, and will call them again.

Excellent. Arrived the next business day for an estimate, and the work was scheduled for the next time I was available. Everyone was courteous and helpful.

I was very pleased by the service. The tech was very efficient and I pestered him with questions about a couple other things. He gave me some suggestions, and I plan on having them come back to do work in the future.

Initial inspection caused him to suspect garbage disposal and the connecting pipes being bad and suggested the probability of them needing replaced. Further inspection revealed a fix was possible, though due to age of unit, future investment in disposal was likely. He repaired promptly. He gave us suggestions as to brands and features, as well as where new units can be purchased..he also consulted with us on future sink and faucet upgrades.
