install was ok, but problems wiyh the windows, took som hasseling to get them back,did not care for one of there main men.. attitude.. but anderson was the main issue and they have never called back to discuss the issue... spent about $15k with them..

Faerber's Bee Windows do a wonderful job. They replaced four windows in 2012 so when we decided we wanted to replace the patio door with a larger one and replace the rest of the windows we called them again. We requested the same crew and we were able to have them do this work also. They are friendly, punctual, clean everything up and do very good work.

Dallas was fantastic, as were the installers. They ran into rotten structure and replaced it immediately -- when I first saw it, I thought they would say to fix it and call them back. Nope. They got the materials and fixed it as normal course of business. Previously the temperature in the house fluctuated wildly depending on the time of day in the summer. Now it's a steady 69 degrees. And the windows matched the rest of the inside woodwork perfectly, and look really sharp on the outside. They are the Marvin brand, I think. Had a couple incidents of wrong size window, but that was immediately fixed. Overall, it was a great experience and well worth the cost.

Quoted me for one type of window, called 1 week before installation to say that they could not be made in my size. Quoted another window that could be made in my size for more money. Then, to get the price down I was told my windows could be made, but not installed, and would be delivered to me, and I would have to have them installed separately, or cost me an additional $3,000.

Years ago they replaced our windows and we were very unhappy with the finished job. Therefore we hesitated before hiring them again. This time, can't say everything went well at first either. However, the man in charge of the workers made sure it was done to our satisfaction before the job was completed. By the time they were done everything was beautiful. At first, screens did not fit well so they made a new set & installed. First worker put the wrong material on the walls (it looked like vinyl siding) when the man in charge came by to inspect, he took it off & made sure the right material was used. So, even though there were numerous problems along the way, they made sure everything was done right & to our satisfaction before signing off on the job. Therefore our rating is based on the finished product (not some of the workers ) We now have a beautiful "sunroom" (enclosed porch) to enjoy & wish we had done it years ago.

Our house was built in the mid-50's. The windows were no longer air-tight and needed to be replaced. We had them replaced with Anderson Replacement windows. My experience was very good with only one glaring exception. The patio door was a stock size instead of the custom size we needed. So it was too small for the space and had to be covered up with an extra wide baseboard. This was something that the salesman missed. He just ordered the standard size without asking what we wanted. Other than that, everything was great.

They Scheduled our job on the coldest day of the year. The did a good job except for the back door. The new back door would not lock correctly. Pam Faerber told us to leave it unlocked until they could get a new door. The installer keep working with the door until he got it locked. We then waited for about three weeks before the door was replaced. The window quality is excellent the quality of service was very poor.

From the initial sales call to the end result we couldn't be more satisfied. Faerber Bee Windows treats customers as family. Everyone we encountered throughout the purchase and installation of our windows were professional and personable. The quality of our windows exceeds our expectations as well. I don't want to put my window treatments back up! Each one I talked to insured me that any wood and drywall damage would be taken care of. This also surpassed my expectations. From sales to install to drywall repair we couldn't be more impressed with this company and will recommend them to everyone.

It was a little rough at first - the materials weren't here on the original date. The installation went well, although the work wasn't completed on the 2nd day. It was 3 months before we scheduled and finally completed the job. The technician was great and explained what he was doing and why. I would recommend them and use them again, but recognize it might take longer than expected.

Dallas came out to our home and walked us through the 2 product lines that Bee windows offered (their in house vinyl and Marvin Infinity fiberglass). He was very informative and helped us understand the differences between the two windows. After that he showed us both windows and walked us through the features/differences in both windows. He then measured and gave us a quote on the spot ($39000 for vinyl and $55000 for Marvin Infinity). We asked him to send us a breakdown of the windows via email so we could evaluate the window pricing and compare apples to apples with other vendors we were getting quotes from. We never did receive that email or hear back from Bee windows in any way. On top of that, their pricing for both vinyl and the Marvin Infinity product was nearly double of any other quote we received for the same work. We had the other Marvin Inifinty installer in the area quote the exact same product for $29000. Overall, we were definitely not impressed with their pricing and lack of follow through. We will not go back to Bee Window for future projects.

My experience with them has been great!

The salesman arrived on time and explained all my window and door options. He then took some measurements and gave me an estimate for the cost of the windows. I had originally planned to replace the windows a little at a time, but after looking into several financing options I decided to do them all at the same time.It took about 5 weeks for the windows and door to be built and delivered. The installers installed the first six windows and the sliding door on the first installation day and finished the other 7 windows on the second day. They worked fast and did a great job. They made sure the area around the windows was properly sealed and the door worked properly. When the installation was completed, they cleaned up all the mess and took the old door and windows away. One of the installers showed me how to operate the windows and door and told me to let them know if I found any problems with the installation so they could come back and fix it. Overall, I am very pleased with the windows and door and the way they work and were installed. I would highly recommend Faerber Windows to anybody looking to install or replace their doors or windows.

I can't say enough good things about them. They were very professional. If they said they would be here, they were right on time. At one point, my home had seemed to shift and they came out and put in new windows for just a small price for labor.

He did come on time, and gave the idea about how they do the cabinet refacing. He did respond to all our questions, However I think cost of service is too high.
