We had good experience with them. They have good quality products, and the installation was very good.

We have all new windows, and I am not happy with some of them, because they are leaking air between the panes. They did a god job installing, but I don't think I would do it again. I felt like for the price of the windows, they should have lasted longer, without the leaking between panes. They have been satisfactory so far, but I think I would go with another window. The price at that time was very good.

They did a very nice job. I thought they were knowledgeable, and did a good job.

They are just too expensive. I talked to them a couple of months ago about a project, but I ended up using another company because that company was about half of Faerber's price. I have not used them for about four years.

It was a very good experience. They tend to be expensive but their windows are good. I didn't use them the last time because they are more expensive than other providers who do a good job too. Their service was good. I would use them again if the price went down.

Initially the experience with them was fantastic. We have had a failure on the inside of one of the UV filters, on one window, and I have contacted a few times over the last couple of months, and nobody has called back. I spoke to the sales manager Jason,and he said that they would have a service tech come out, and that was it. I haven't heard from them after that.

The service worked out fine. They do a good job of insulation, and letting us know exactly what they have available. They are very courteous, and we have enjoyed working with them.

The warranty was only good for 4 years. In hindsight I would probably not recommend them now.

The service was free, it comes with the warranty. I was quite impressed with their service. We have taken pictures of the leak and they actually came for the repair. The leak actually damaged the woodwork on the window that we have and they repaired that as well. They did a good job for us. The repair work was excellent.They set up an appointment as soon as we called and we were happy with that. They came when they said they would. They were very punctual. They have excellent professionalism.

The man was very nice, and he tightened up something, and it did not require major replacement of the screw that makes it go in and out. He was very nice, and he repaired it just there on the spot. He didn't charge anything, and that was very nice of him. He repaired it quickly, and did not make a bit deal of it.

The windows are fine. I liked the professionalism in the way they installed the windows.

The first time was $7,500 and the second was $8,500. They did the installation in one day and they did a very good job. They cleaned up after themselves. They did it very well. They did it the day they scheduled. They are Renewal by Anderson so it is a very good product. They were not the cheapest.

The service was fine. They did a good job, and I was pleased. The experience with them was fine, and I would tell people to do it. The service was good, the product was good, and it was done right. We thought the price was competitive.

They were absolutely awful. Their windows suck and they charged 2 1/2 times what they needed to. Every year I have a window fail. Some have failed 3 times. They are supposed to replace them for free and they don't. They do charge and I wait 9 weeks for service. I've had other windows fail and I am tired of dealing with them and I don't want to deal with them anymore. I would not recommend them to anyone. It was supposed to be buy 2 and get 1 free and that was not true. They upcharged so I paid the same for 3 windows. I did it in phases. They are cheats and their windows aren't worth it. I would not deal with them ever again. Their quality is very poor and their service is not much better. Their prices are awful. Their quality of work sucks. They do come when they tell you but it is 9 weeks. I had one salesman get so mad at me that he walked out of my house and threw the bid at me when I explained to him that he was charging me the same as what I paid for 2 windows the previous month. They work on commission. I wouldn't sic them on my worst enemy.

I wasn't all that happy with them because of the quality. They were pretty punctual.

It was fine. They did everything they said they were going to do so I was happy.

They came out, they measured, they brought these guys out, and it took them two days to do something that they said would take them one day. The inspector came out, and said it was terrible, so they had to take it all down, and redo again. They reinstalled the whole thing again, and they did it correctly this time. They had the down spout straight down the side of the house, and we said, that was not acceptable. We wanted the downspout to go out, so that it doesn't go to the foundation of the house, so they came out a few days later. They used metal extensions instead of plastic, and they bend and they are sharp. We said we wanted plastic and they should be color coordinated but they haven't done that so far. They need to get people who are good, and who can do it. I think they were doing on the job training, and apparantely the trainer was not good, and that is why they had to pull them down. It was at their cost, but it was still a pain on our part. The gutters are good, it was the way they set them up, that it was terrible.

I have no complaints, and the windows have been holding up fine after 10 years. They were expensive. They have good products, they do what they say, and they clean up well. I have no complaints whatsoever, except the price.

I was satisfied with the price back then.

If I had to have them again, I would send for them right now. I would recommend them to anybody. The sunroom is gorgeous. We haven't had one bit of problem. They put the windows in, maybe 15 years ago, and we haven't had any leaks, any torn screens that they put in, or any paint peeling.
