It was fine. I had air coming in my windows before and it stopped all of that. It's much quieter.

I've had a good experience with them. The windows have held up well. Anything that has happened has been covered by the warranty about 3 or 4 times. I had moisture within the panes and there was no cost to fix them. They've honored their warranty and the windows have been good.

The windows are top of the line but they are out of our price range. They were expensive. They were prompt and easy to talk to.

My experience with them was good. They did a nice job. They were thorough and efficient. The windows are fine. They did a great job on that. This was my first time to use them. I think the service was good. They replaced a couple of window sills. The only thing that I thought was misunderstood was that they would make a match of the existing portions of the window sills that I had, but they did not do that. They put them in and I recognized it after the fact. I mentioned it to them, but I think that is all that they do as per my understanding. So, it was my understanding but maybe it was not an understanding. My understanding was that it would match the internal woodwork, but I thought they had the capability to do that. That is the difference between sales and actual installation. I had no issues with my windows since the service was provided. I would probably use them again, but if I ever had any woodworking done, I would make sure that it is done to what I wanted.

They are expensive. I like the quality of the windows. The windows that we got by far are superior windows; they are double paint there are no leaks and they are quiet. They are easy to wash. They are just good quality windows. I like their service, I was stunned. They replaced all the windows of the house in two days. Everything was done, we have a huge house. We had ten or eighteen windows in the house not including the sun room. They are extremely professional and quick. They clean up after themselves and we had a positive experience.

I don't really have any dislikes. All in all, the price was good, the products was good. They got it done very quickly, well within my satisfaction. They cleaned up after themselves. There is really only one negative thing to say and it's exceedingly minor, part of the deal, they also put in a sliding glass door and I guess I didn't really check before they left and they left and it wouldn't unlock and I called them immediately and they turned right around and came back and fixed it. The guys did it well, did it in a very timely manner.

It was very expensive. I don't know what it was but we found out later that we paid way too much for it. It was double what we ended up having to pay to replace the other half of the windows in our house with another company. I think they were very good. They were very efficient and did a very nice job, I just think we were way overcharged. They were very professional.

They were very professional. The windows were all fitted to our specifications. We had some kind of unique situation with some marble window sills. The first window they put in covered our window sill and we were very upset over that. They made some changes to the windows the way we wanted them to. We have been very happy with them. They have been much more insulated. A couple got cloudy and they came and replaced them for free.

We liked the product they used. They were Andersen's Renewal windows. The crew were good guys to work with. They were professional and their clean up was good. The installation went smoothly. They are really nice windows and made all the difference in the world regarding noise and insulation.

I like the way that they were professional. They came in and they were quick. I had the windows for 6 years. They're still good today. They still work fine. They weren't the cheapest but they had good quality. Quality was excellent. They were not pushy. They were here right away. They were extremely professional.

They made it right. We needed a couple of new windows and the salesman never really said about the color of the framework of the windows. It was my fault too. He showed us and I said that I would like an off white. He said that his book was in the car. I was in such a hurry that I just said to give me the off white and it turned out that it was a very ugly color. It was like an army green instead of off white. They only make so many colors so they wrapped the windows which sort of defeats the purpose of a new window because I didn't want to have to paint again. I saw on TV that they need to caulk around the windows. As he was leaving I asked him about it and he did do it after I told him to do it. If I hadn't have been there, it wouldn't have been done so the installation wasn't that great. They were very expensive and he should have brought in all the colors when he came in rather than saying that they had an off white. I should have put my foot down and said that I had to see it rather than trusting his judgement. The installation was definitely being lazy in not caulking and wanting to get home. The windows themselves are fantastic and great. They are up there with the best; it was just the situation we had. They brought in a heat lamp and there was absolutely no variation once the sun hits. He had a thermometer type gadget. They did make it as right as they could but they didn't order new windows which I thought they should have. We still have to paint them. Bee Window does have a premier window but it has to be the right color and put in correctly or they are not going to do you any good.

They really did a nice job and everything turned out well. The end result was what we wanted. We got a couple of estimates and theirs was good.

They made a big mistake and it cost me thousands of dollars. They put in the wrong window so we bought it twice. The first window was a lot of little different panes and it looked like a prison; it was ridiculous. They took it out and now we have three panes with a straight piece across and one on each side. Somehow the wrong window got ordered. I'm not sure who was responsible for it. We ended up paying $3,443 for a bay window and replaced it with a bow window for $4,082. We spent $7,400 for a window. It is not a big house and we did all the windows in the house and sliding doors. We were very chatty with the girl that came and she was talking about her trip to France and somehow or other, a bay got ordered instead of a bow. I wasn't clear on the difference. They installed the bay and then I had them come back to put in the bow. It is not a large window. It measures 4 feet by 7 feet. They needed to make sure that the order was right. I don't know the difference between a bay and a bow window. They should have checked. It was awful so I had to turn around and buy a bow. I would not use them again because it was too much money. They took the window back. The woman that came to sell me the windows was very nice. I am a talker and am interested in people so the error was made. She should have made sure that we had the right window especially since we were doing the whole house. Terry was the person and she was very nice. We could have probably gone to a big box store and gotten as good of windows at half the price.

We were pleased with the work but there was supposed to be a lifetime guarantee on the windows or any type of repairs that they would need. I called them a few months back and they were going to charge me to come out and repair a window that had a small crack in one of the corners. I wasn't too happy about that. They should stand behind their warranty even though the work was done some time ago. They wanted to charge me $100 service call to come out and fix the small crack in the window. I had no complaint about the pricing of the windows. I was very happy with these people from the get-go until they didn't follow up on this.

It was fine. There were no problems. I would recommend them. They did exactly what they were supposed to. We got what we wanted and they did fine on it. The pricing was high but that was what we expected. We knew they were high.

I liked everything about their service. My interaction with them was good. The windows were good. They were expensive windows.

We had a good experience with them. The door has been holding up very good. The people who did the installing did a great job on it. They had to do a little bit of extra work, but they did a good job, and I was pleased with it. The price was decent as well, it was reasonable.

I loved the quality and the workmanship was great. They were a little pushy on wanting an answer the day they came out to talk to us. They were kind of heavy handed on the sales but I did like the quality.

It was fine. I had some gutters that didn't perform the way I thought they should.

The quality and delivery were excellent. The sales process was highly polished. They are not going to leave until they get the signature. They were obviously well trained. Sometimes that is okay and sometimes it feels kind of high pressure. The quality of the service kind of overshadowed that because it was a good product and good service. The door is fine and there have been no issues with it. The price was high end so it wasn't a real steal.

What I really liked about their service, is that they stand behind their product. If I have had any issues, they come out immediately, within a day or so. I only had one issue, and they did a crack pot job in replacing them. They did a great job. The interaction with them was fantastic. I had one foreman with them, and he was here, and I was really happy with them. I would use them again. I think they were costly.

I guess we were more impressed with the product itself than anything. It just seemed very well made and it kind of had what seemed like an extra film in it that was supposed to help dampen sound as well as UV rays. To be honest, we didn't really shop a lot. We just kind of contacted them and went with them. They did a professional job installing. He initially came out but then he kind of sent someone under him after the first time. His presentation was professional and we've had no problems or issues. We've been satisfied with the product. I would probably shop around more if we have to replace more windows, just because of the price really more than anything.

The windows have held up just great. The installation took care of other things besides the windows. I had problems with the sills and they took care of the repair of those sills as well as the installation. It was quick and professionally done. The service was really good but the price was a little high.
