The windows were not cheap. I approximately had twelve windows and six of them were double windows. They are the best windows that one could purchase. If I had to have windows again, I would use them. We love their services. They were on time every time. They were professional.

It was not great but not terrible. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a 5. They were really expensive. It is a good product if you are willing to spend the money on it. The installation was poor. They left some cracks in the walls and did some damage to our home. They were pretty punctual. They estimated that the project would take 2 days and it ended up taking 4 or 5. I would probably shop around before using them again.

I haven't had the best experience with them. I liked their products. We had issues with the guys that they had out here, with not properly insulating the windows, in fact a couple of the windows that they had originally put in had no insulation whatsoever. They had a guy that was out here making sure everything was right, and they did the trim inside the windows, to make up for the poor quality of work that was done. Their products are very good, and if you know how the things are supposed to be installed, and you watch them, they will do it that way. If you don't know, they will do a poor quality job, but I think a lot of places are that way these days.They end up in the end doing it okay. They gave us a lifetime warranty, and one of our windows failed, it took me 6 months to get them out. They finally did come out. I am going to get them again, because there is condensation on the windows.

I have no complaints. The windows are absolutely fantastic. I like teh way the windows look and they clean them.

It was pretty pricey. They were prompt, and did the work that they said that they were going to do. They cleaned up after themselves, and were polite. I have no complaints. We dealt with the sales person, and then we had installers come out. I would use them again if they were competitive in price. I know there are other companies that do similar windows.

They put them in maybe 10 years ago, and everything is holding up wonderfully. They did a good job, the price was fair, and if somebody wanted to go with them, it would be fine.

They were not good at all. I called them, and told them that I had a problem, but they never came out. We can't get the storm windows out to clean them, and we have talked to them, 3 different time, and they were going to send somebody out, but they never did. They don't come when they are supposed to. They are all talk and no action. We are very unhappy with their services.

When they put it, it was pretty stiff, and difficult to open and close, and they said it would work itself out. That was about 10 years ago, but you still have to have 2 arms to close, and one to open it. It didn't get better. We talked about it recently, but that is how long it has been. She always jokes about it and says when the guy put it, he put it the other way round, and the wood grain shows. We had 5 other windows replaced by another company.

My experience was very good. The price was very reasonable. Everything was very good.

We really like the front door that we've got. The windows in the sun room which leaked for years but now we have not one leaks. It was so well insulated. The windows are double painted and it has tint in it so it keeps the sunlight out. It is really nice. The sun room is 12 feet by 16 feet and it got a sliding door from there. It has great quality and had great experience. They were in and out in a day and a half.

It was awesome. I would absolutely recommend them with no reservations at all. The gentlemen were professional. The cleanup afterwards was nice. We've had multiple phone calls afterwards to make sure we are pleased with them. I was tired of their commercials. We bought the Marvin Infinity window which I was very happy with. It took me about 4 weeks of discussion with them to get them down to a price. We paid about $1,000 a window in total; originally they were about $2,000 a window which I thought was way too much. They first offered me 25 percent off and then 35 percent off. Basically I waited them out and got 50 percent off. I was fine with the ultimate price. I continued to hold my ground until I got a price I agreed with. Their responsiveness was very good and they were here when they said they would be. They were courteous and considerate of all our plantings and shrubbery. They were very cautious to work around all our lawn activity. I would definitely use them again if I was able to negotiate the price where I wanted it to be.

I have always been satisfied with the windows and the service. I think at the time we purchased them, there weren't many other windows of this type available, but now there are many other replacement windows available that have the same features. The company is a reputable company, and I would use them, but I think they are a little more expensive then other places. They are very good quality. The cost is too high.

Everything was fine. It was a little later coming in, and there was a little mix up with placing the order, but I love the door, and the whole casing around it and everything. It is a very good purchase. I haven't had any issues with it.

I am generally happy with them. When they put the windows in, the salesman said they would replace a window that gets broken for any reason, and I remember he used an example that if a kid is playing baseball next door, and he breaks it, they would replace it free of charge, and they don't do that anymore. You tell them the window is broken, you tell them which window it is, then you go and pick it up, and replace it yourself. The first window or two that cracked, they came and did everything, and after that, they want to charge. We have had a number of the windows fail, and we are dealing with that. I would be real careful about what they do when windows break, if they do it free or if they charge. When the seal fails, it costs about $150, and we have had 4 or 5 fail. One time, it took them about a year for them to get the windows. I had to call them, and call them,and it was a lot harder to deal with them. It just took so long to get windows from them. The instal was good, but I don't know if the salesman said more than he should have. I didn't get what I thought I was going to get.

They did a good job. It was high but they had given me an estimate before. They were a bit more expensive than most places but their quality of work was very good.

The Marvin windows were a great product. They did lack some experience in measurement. What was supposed to be a 6 week process took 3 months. They mismeasured. Overall we are okay with the job but it dragged on for months. The windows are great and I would definitely recommend the product. I probably wouldn't recommend the installation although it turned out okay but it was incredibly long. The interaction was pretty good. They were apologetic. They had to reorder most of the windows. It didn't seems like they made our job a priority when they got our windows. I would have thought that when they got the windows, they would have sent enough installers but it kept dragging out because they didn't always have enough people to be working on them. I would insist dealing with certain people in the future. I felt that I kind of got passed around after the original mistake.

I was satisfied with the price. They did what they said they were going to do, at the price that they had quoted to me. I was happy with the job that they did, they were on time, and my windows have been working fine ever since. I would recommend them, because I feel that they are a good company. The windows have been in for 25 or 30 years and working fine. They gave me a time and date, and they showed up on that date and time, did their work, cleaned up, and left. I was real happy with what they did.

They were awesome. It was a really good experience. We love our windows. We've had them for a number of years now. Several years back, someone had tried to break in our home and they went around to every window trying to get in and they slit the screen on each windows, and we have I think like 13 windows in our house, they have a lifetime screen replacement, we just had to remove the screens and take them to the business and they replace them all at no charge for us. I would highly recommend the company to anyone that's looking to have their windows done.

I thought they were really very professional. They came out right away and they never left the project until it was finished, which is extraordinary when you have something added on. I think it took 3 days but they were here 3 full days.
