Sales, installation and promptness was great. There was not a single issue.

We had really good experience with them. The man from their company was really good about helping us. He gave us some good suggestions and we were happy in both times that they did it. For what we got, we felt like we really got the most for the money. The quality was really good.

I'm not real satisfied. It was about a $1,000 for each window. They said they had a lifetime warranty. We had hail damage to our house and windows. They came and looked at them but they were going to charge us quite a bit of money to do it. Neither of us were rude but I thought they should have paid for it. They were easy to call and never rude. Three windows were broken and I wasn't going to pay another $1,000 for a window. I could still feel cool air coming through after they put the windows in. They either answered or called me right back.

They did not do a very good job at all. They gave us a deal, put 3 windows and pay for 2, but no insulation on any of the windows at all, and we didn't realize this until last winter, when it got really cold, that there is no insulation. I wouldn't recommend them. We got a deal of 3 windows for the price of 2. I knew of George Faber because he is a star basketball player, and people said he was reputable. He may be, but the company is no good.They seem to be professional, but they were phoney, because they gave us a phone number that they said was personal, but it had a recording message.

They were alright. The windows are holding up pretty good. I would recommend them. The service was good. The price was reasonable.

They are really not too bad a company to deal with. They did a fairly decent job. The man that came and put our windows in is no longer in this area and we needed some other things done and we found somebody that we were not really pleased with. They were pretty responsive. We would probably use them again if we have to have windows.

They did a nice job and professional. I would use them again in the future.

Overall, it was pretty good. The people who did the installing were good. The person involve in the selling is what I wouldn’t consider ideal. He was difficult to work with. The product was fine. They’re a local company. At the time when I was having issues with that individual salesperson, the salesperson quoted us some stuff and I actually emailed some of my concerns and forwarded it to George Faerber. He fixed it. He realized that there was an issue.

They have not done work for us for awhile, but they were good to work with. That particular thing was very reasonable for what it was.

I had a terrible experience with them. They were supposed to come on a Friday and I took off work, and they did not come until Saturday. No one notified me. When I talked to Mrs. Faerber at 4 o’clock that afternoon, she was very rude. The technician just did a terrible job. The caulking is horrible. They came back out awhile later and realized that he had put the screen door on upside-down. Two of the windows were not installed properly and they had to order special parts for it. Probably out of the five windows and patio door, maybe one did not have a problem. They said there was nothing they could do about the caulking because they had to take it out completely. I would not recommend them. The windows themselves are fine, but the customer service was just awful. I left messages with my sales person and he never answered. I left a message with Mr. Faerber and he never answered. The price was way overpriced. I should have done more research, but that was my fault.

The price was real high. I thought the price was fair compared to other people that had windows that were not as good. The quality of the service was great too.

I like the quality of their windows. Our interactions went really well. The windows are great. They're higher than other big-box stores but the windows are quality though. I would use them again if I can afford it.

Our installation process was excellent but our service process was not good. I ended up contacting the owners to complain about the process. We had to pay for the replacement of the whole door out of our pockets, which was very frustrating to me. There were two very different experiences; the sales and the installation went great but there was supposed to be a lifetime guarantee, which was not the case when we ran into the problems with the door. It took several times for them to come out to actually do the repair. There was a lot of miscommunication with the company

The windows were not cheap. I approximately had twelve windows and six of them were double windows. They are the best windows that one could purchase. If I had to have windows again, I would use them. We love their services. They were on time every time. They were professional.

They did a very good job. It was right at the time when the company was about to transition. I could tell that something that was going on and there was some worker dissatisfaction but it didn't seem to affect my job. My interactions with them had been pretty good. The company was about to close the office so there were some confusion about who was going to be responsible for what after the transition happened.

We were very pleased with the installation. The quality of service was very good.

We had a very good luck with them. Technically, it wasn't them though it was the Andersen Renewal division that replaced the window. We have not had one problem with that window since it was replaced. They took care of all the problems. The window has performed extremely well and we're very happy with it.

In fact, we never got the estimate. They were fairly quick to respond. He was very kind though.

It was not great but not terrible. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a 5. They were really expensive. It is a good product if you are willing to spend the money on it. The installation was poor. They left some cracks in the walls and did some damage to our home. They were pretty punctual. They estimated that the project would take 2 days and it ended up taking 4 or 5. I would probably shop around before using them again.

I didn't have a good experience. I ended up getting my money back from them. They scheduled some work and then they tried to reschedule it and reprice it higher and I said, "No". I'll never use them again. It took three years to get my money back. Once I got hold of the owner it was okay.

They did pretty good work. When they first did it, we just thought it was great, but as time goes on, you find little things that maybe could have been done better. As I recall, the price was pretty reasonable.

I haven't had the best experience with them. I liked their products. We had issues with the guys that they had out here, with not properly insulating the windows, in fact a couple of the windows that they had originally put in had no insulation whatsoever. They had a guy that was out here making sure everything was right, and they did the trim inside the windows, to make up for the poor quality of work that was done. Their products are very good, and if you know how the things are supposed to be installed, and you watch them, they will do it that way. If you don't know, they will do a poor quality job, but I think a lot of places are that way these days.They end up in the end doing it okay. They gave us a lifetime warranty, and one of our windows failed, it took me 6 months to get them out. They finally did come out. I am going to get them again, because there is condensation on the windows.

The service worked out fine. The price included the installation and the doors.

They have been doing a good job. The experience was very good. I didn't do any comparison of price, I went by their advertizement on TV. I tried using them again, but they didn't return my call.

It's fine. I would not use this provider again.
