They hung plastic to keep the mess out of the rest of the house. In addition to resurfacing the cabinets, I received new doors, drawers and they built sliding drawers to go in my pantry and the bottom shelves of my base cabinets. Each day they cleaned up after themselves. When I had a question they came back and solved the issue.

I continue to be very pleased with my new window. The contractors were very professional and timely. I recommend Bee Windows and would use them again myself if needed.

Everything went smooth! They showed up on time, installed the windows, and cleaned up all of their mess. We definitely made the right decision going with Bee windows. Our gas bill went down last winter and out house is much less drafty. We are so happy with our windows!!!

I can't complain about anything. They were a little slow, but other than that I am pleased with the results. The workmen were good and did a good job. It was certainly not as fancy a shower as I would like to have had, but the price was very good. It took them a long time to get the whole thing done. I have also used them for windows in the past.

We were pleased with the job and they had some additional ideas which were wonderful. They placed a superior product. My interaction with them was just fine. They came, did their business and I really did not have a lot of time to have reaction to that.

The service turned out fine. They were having a sale at the time so that is good. They explained the process well and they came out when they said they would. They finished the job in the amount of time they said they would and I have been a happy with them. With the sale I thought their price was excellent.

The experience was wonderful. I liked the speed, efficiency, installation and craftsmanship. I like the product very well; they are user-friendly and easy to clean.

It turned out good. I had them do the same project two different times because it was an expensive project so I did it in stages. I thought they were good windows for the price. I did not really shop around a whole lot, but when I saw what they offered and I liked it, I pretty much jumped on it. I have been happy with them so far. I normally don't jump real fast on something like that, but for some reason I liked what they had so I did. I did not have any issues with the windows until recently and they no longer sell Anderson windows, which is what I got at the time so I have had to deal with somebody else that services Anderson windows. I did not have any issues when I was setting it up; I was able to get it. I did not have any problem with them as far as the process goes.

It turned out very well. Mrs. Faerber is a long term friend of mine.

It was done quickly, they look nice and they function very well. In terms of what they did versus what the manufacturer provided they did a good installation job. The extra framing pieces they had to put on fit tightly, so I am happy with it. I have had no issues with the doors since the installation. This was the first time I used this company. I thought they were a little bit pricey.

We like their windows; they are okay and still in. The service was very good and they did a good job. We didn't have any problems. We used them again for siding.

It worked out well. I would call them again.

It was satisfactory. They have good equipment and good quality stuff. The price is acceptable. I was dealing with quite a few people. I had a little problem with the installers, but everything else was fine.

Let me start out by saying that we had Bee Windows replace the windows in our 30 year old home about 5-6 years ago. The windows are excellent quality and the install was faultless. For this reason we went to Bee without getting estimates from anyone else. Big Mistake! The Bee salesman gave us a fair price for the replacement door and a time frame of 5-6 weeks. We placed our order and paod in full. After 3 weeks the salesman called and told us he needed to have us sign one more form before they could start making our door. For 3 weeks we were assuming that our door was being built but they hadn't even started. It would be 5-6 weeks from the day we signed this other form. I sent Pam Faeber an Email informing her of our issues with this. She replied saying she would be sure to get us a Firm install date. Three weeks later they called with an install date. The day before our install date they rescheduled it to the next week. It has now been 8 weeks from the time we originally placed our order. The following week they called to say it would be another week before the door was ready, They could not get the glass, or the shades or something for the door. A window and door company that does not stock parts for the doors they sell? We were incredulous! I called Pam and told her we wanted our money back and to cancel the order since the door was not built yet. After many apologies,and several conversations Pam finally sent our money back. It was a horrible experience. Perhaps they should only sell windows.

It went pretty good. They came back when we have a problem and fixed it. The come back guy was extremely more thorough than the first guy. We were happy with them. I would use them again.

They were fine. Using them again in the future depends on price.

I had no trouble with them. The windows don't leak. They're good. They were here on time. They finished when they said they would. They were clean and cleaned up after themselves. I thought it was a good experience. This was the first time that I had used them.

That was about 3 years ago. The owner called before the installer had even left and asked if I was happy with the job. I had not even had a chance to be around my windows so they looked very pretty, but I had no knowledge about how the new windows were working before the installer had even left. Also, the stain I had picked out was not the same color stain on the samples. They acknowledged that was a problem, but to their benefit they did come back out and re-stain the interior of the windows. The windows seem okay, but there is one in particular that freezes in the winter on the inside.

They are good. We had a little problem, but they straightened it out. They ruined out burglar alarm, but they got the other company to chip in and re-did everything. They were professional.

The experience was good so I would recommend them. They were pretty competitive, but they are a little expensive. I guess all windows are. They did give us a pretty good deal, but I think it was by accident. I don't remember having any issues.

It worked out fine. They fixed some screens free of charge. I had no problems and thought their price was fair.

In 2009 they replaced all the windows our house. What stood out most is the quality of the windows and doors they used.

I would use them again in the future.

They were fine. The follow up on a couple of problems, turned out was not their fault, and they couldn't handle it, but it was fine.

It was not great but not terrible. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a 5. They were really expensive. It is a good product if you are willing to spend the money on it. The installation was poor. They left some cracks in the walls and did some damage to our home. They were pretty punctual. They estimated that the project would take 2 days and it ended up taking 4 or 5. I would probably shop around before using them again.
