According to our records, and confirmed by the Member, we visited the home in march of 2005. I am not sure why this is posted over 5 years later, but I apologize for not getting back. Our records indicate we also had an appointment in 2007, but the appointment was not confirmed, and not run. We would be most happy to revisit the sunroom and window needs and I gave the Member my personal number to help if they would like us to do this. 509 1781

Description of Work: I needed windows for a home remodel. I called and set up an appointment for a monday. they called my home number while i was on vactaion to confrim after i had also provided my cell and email (i have a blackberry). On monday I waited for the rep and the rep did not show. I called to ask what happend and the woman said they called to confirm and no one called back. I had provided my cell and email and they did not try to contact me on either. she said they dont have time to call all the numbers or email. then why would they want this information? I will tell you why. after i told her i would not be buying anything from them for wasting my time. I am a very busy and responsible person. If i was not going to be home I would have called to cancel. since then they keep calling me and sending me email on when they can come set up an appointment. they could not call me or email me to confirm but when they want you to set up an appointment they have no problem calling all numbers and sending emails. I had a bad expeience and would never recommend this company to anyone for any reason. I suggest you all stay away. i went with apex in the end.

AS AN OWNER OF BEE WINDOW, I AM DISAPPOINTED TO LEARN WE FAILED TO CALL THIS MEMBER - AN OBVIOUS COMMUNICATION GAP. WE DO NOT SHOW AN APPOINTMENT IN OUR RECORDS. WE DO KEEP DETAILED RECORDS OF ALL APPOINTMENTS. I TALKED TO THIS MEMBER. IT SEEMS HE MAY HAVE CALLED ASKING FOR HELP ON A SIDING PROBLEM, AND THE CALL WAS MIS-DIRECTED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
