Description of Work: Replacement window. The over all work was poorly done. Their trucks leaked oil on the driveway (TWICE two different trucks) Their work is so "Outstanding" that Andersen Window took the "Franchise" away from them |I understand. I have since had 16 windows replaced for a codt of just under $7000.00. And much nicer windows. Signed, James F. Rowland

Description of Work: Installed 13 full-length casement windows and one sliding door. Andersen Replacement is an excellent quality product. I needed wood interior to match the stained wood in the rest of the house, so I didn't really consider alternatives that could not accommodate this. However, even with their "sale" price, they are not inexpensive. The measuring and installation professionals were just that - knowledgeable and professional. Due to the size of the windows, I actually had to have several of the windows "tweaked" once spring arrived and I was opening and closing them. Again the service manager handled that expertly. I gave a B on Price because they are expensive, but I considered them a permanent investment in the house. Responsiveness gets a B because the poor customer service person is/was clearly overwhelmed and didn't always get back to me without my following up.

Description of Work: Had met with Byron (sales) guy a month earlier. I called him back and he came out I go over some more options. He was very thorough and spent a lot of time with me answering all of my questions. He even came out after a recent injury. I ordered the windows without a problem The windows were installed by Rex and Andy about six weeks later and they look great. Rey did a great job. One small issue about a grid not arriving with the window but that was quickly resolved. My only small complaint is that I ordered a custom stain and did not get to see the sample until the day before the install date. With little time I had I looked at t and it was close. After the windows were installed and they were not quite where I would have liked them. At night can see the difference. Would have liked to have had more time to look at the sample to try to get the stain closer. Overall great experience. Will be using again soon to do the next round of windows.

Description of Work: We bought Andersen's Renewal system to replace windows from 1954. Bee Windows was very positive to work with-both in sales and with the installation crew. They did a great job; owner called us upon completion to ask if we were happy with the result. We'd recommend them quickly!

Description of Work: I have never used Faerbers' Bee Windows. Their quoted price for a replacement cellar window was extremely high. I never went back.
