Description of Work: Replaced 20 windows with beautiful, extremely energy efficient vinyl double hung and casement windows. Saved $$ over the cold winter in heating costs and with the old aluminum screens and storms we were able to easily open our home to the cool evening breezes!

Description of Work: Bee replaced several old and damaged wooden windows. These were complete replacements with top of the line fiberglass windows that have a lifetime warranty. The price was higher than every other company we spoke with but we liked the Marvin product line, the looks of the windows and the warranty. The salesman was very professional and knowlegeable and the installation crew did a very good job (22 window replacements in one day) with no cleanup issues.

Please forgive us, If there is something we can do in the future to earn your business, please call me personally and we will honor a courtesy discount on future project as a way to make up some of your frustration. Description of Work: replacement windows for the whole house. Windows looked good but the seal in the double pane windows started leaking and have moisture in between the 2 panes. Their warranty is a total joke. $150 to check on them and then $100 plus per window to replace. They are the proverbial used car salesman.
