Description of Work: They installed 23 vinyl windows. After 4 1/2 years, the seals started breaking between the double panes. They are supposed to be replacing the last ones about now. We sold the house 3 months ago and have had to repeatedly call them to see when all would be done. Plus, because of their 1 year warranty, we had to pay them $600.00 for labor to get them to replace them. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Two windows with seal failure were replaced under warranty. First glass was replaced but an incorrect size had been ordered for the second window necessitating a re-order and another visit. Nonetheless all service was performed efficiently and professionally.

Description of Work: Installed 7 windows first time. Of those, 4 have been bad. Had service calls on1 and it is still bad. Cannot afford to keep having them fixed. The date of installation of the first 7 was 1996. The nest 6 was a year later. THe trouble starter not to much later.

Description of Work: service provided in 2000. We had window replacaed. Quality is very good, they were very efficient and quick. Sale were high pressure and now know we culd have had similar replace ments for less money but on the whole, we have not regretted the purchase

Description of Work: Sunrooms of Indiana (Bee Window) totally removed old roof damaged in hail storm and replaced with all new panels. Work crew had a problem with an illness issue a couple of times but all work was done efficiently and well. The materials appear to be of a superior quality -- even better than the original product. Contact person, Mr. Poteet, was responsive to calls and very knowledgable and professional.
