Description of Work: Noticed the end of Feb. we had a broken seal on our large foyer window. It was an 17 year old Bee window. Took about 6 weeks for someone to measure because the 1st date did not work for me. The first attempt to install, the window was make too thick. After a reorder and 4 more weeks it was installed. Overall they did a good job and it is a beautiful window. I didn't care for the answering machine or the long process but the price was great. They dropped the last payment of 50.00 for the inconvenience.

Description of Work: Measured, designed, manufactured two (2) custom vinyl replacement windows for garage at rental property we own. Windows were just what we wanted but one was delivered broken. Due to honesty of installer...I probably would not have noticed vinyl frame breakage until much later....another window was ordered made. We have not heard from them regarding delivery of the new window. It has been two weeks today. | | |In addition, the salesman gave me bottom line price with monthly special discount , 33 percent off, which still was high but I went along with it to get the custom |design. Two days later I received a call from Bee Window offering me 50 percent off any order I placed before the end of July. Since I had just placed an order and received only 33 percent off I was a little upset. When I called my salesman I was given a story that worked for him but not so much for me. Still think I paid more than I should have.

Description of Work: I had a sunroom built around 2000. The room is nice and gets used a lot and I have a shady back yard so it is not exposed to extreme sun. The heater/air conditioner unit that they installed never worked right and in the winter I used a portable heating unit that works fine. Overall it has been a good experience.

Description of Work: I had new windows installed in 2001, and was told that if a window cracked for ANY reason, they would replace it. Well, one of the windows cracked, and they were not willing replace it for me without me bringing it in (leaving my space windowless) and charging me a $90 service fee! Also, I have a couple of windows that have faulty vapor barriers and they are a mess as a result of this. I decided that contacting them about this would be the same story, so I'm just living with it. I will NOT use Bee window again!
