Description of Work: They replaced several windows in my home. The installers were a father and son team who were very professional and did a wonderful job. At that time they were installing Andersen windows.

Description of Work: We had most of our windows replaced. We got a great product for a fair price. The installation went well, with a few bumps that they are correcting, and we are very pleased. They are extremely professional, punctual, and helpful in all aspects.

Description of Work: Replaced 2 sets existing patio doors with double operational patio doors. I love them.

Description of Work: I had all the windows replaced in the house several years ago by Faerber's Bee Windows. This was a good experience from start to finish. They are not the cheapest but the quality is worth it. This past year I noticed the seal was broken on one of the bedroom windows. I called the company and reported it. They ordered me a new one (sash included) with no questions asked. I picked it up from the office, took it home and popped it in. That's my type of warranty work!!

They were here 3 different times with 2 different trucks which dripped oil all over the driveway. The date which they did the work was around June of 2008 or 09.

Description of Work: Workers were friendly, polite, considerate. Seemed to know their business and work well. Thus far we are pleased with the windows that they installed. The only issues we had were with the scheduling. I would rate them a D grade. We had late calls, errors on calls, etc.

Description of Work: They installed windows and patio door 10 years ago. Renewal by Anderson. Began having problems with window seal and patio door seals, as well as moisture between glass panels on patio door. Very disappointed when trying to contact them and schedule warranty work. Never returned calls. Very unhappy with their original workmanship as well as trying to get them out for warranty work. Not very customer oriented once items are purchased.

Description of Work: Installed 9 new replacement Anderson windows. Double pane, fold down windows. Very happy with them. Work well, keep out cold air. Installers were amazing to watch and knew what they were doing. My father was a general contractor in Cincinnati.

Description of Work: In May of 2014, Faerber Bee Window repaired several screens on windows they installed 20 years ago. A company that delivers on their warranty. Bee Window installed a sun room for us in 1994, replaced all our windows in the 1990's and also installed entry doors for our front and back entrance. Excellent work on all projects and we have spent in excess of $30K on these projects.

Description of Work: At two different times we had them replace the windows on one side of the house and then the other side a few years later. We had problems with the seals and leaking windows. They were very unresponsive when we called for warranty repairs. We had another company do the repairs because Bee Windows no longer had the Renewal by Anderson franchise

Description of Work: They replaced windows. Everything was fine and my experience with them was good.

Description of Work: I had them install doors and windows on two different occasions. Their windows are of good quality and their workers are good people. I had them out a third time for an estimate to repair one window. They provided me with an estimate to install three matching windows that was much higher that I wanted to spend. I did agree to the job, but later cancelled the work. They were good about following state guidelines and going through with the cancellation. When I had a repair needed, they were going to call me with service charge to come and fix the defect. However, after I stressed my concerns, they were good about coming out without the charge.
