Description of Work: Had all of our windows replaced with energy efficient ones. We love the windows, and they did a great job with installation. The only reason I gave them a B instead of an A is because they installed the wrong window in our bedroom. When we contacted them about it, it took a little while for them to replace it. Overall though, the experience was good.

Description of Work: Windows are OK/pretty good. Siding is a joke. Siding was done about 1992. Can't remember the price of either windows or siding. The "insulation" that was supposed to cut our heating bills does not. It feels like nothing is back there...it feels fragile. Our house is drafty and cold in the winter time. Our old aluminum siding did a much better job. The last row does not fit tightly against the house. We have to pull vining plants from underneath it.

Description of Work: Signed up for in home estimate at a home show. Rep arrived and was professional, polite, and informative. Rep said he would e-mail me a quote on the project. I did not receive it after several days and called him to let him know leaving a voice mail. He called back, left a voice mail and confirmed e-mail that he had which was correct. To avoid phone and e-mail tag, I sent him an e-mail with my home address and phone number (which the company had) requesting he send the quote through the normal mail. He responded via e-mail he would. I have never received it. I sent an e-mail to the owner of the company describing the problem and did not hear back from them either. I was considering a bathroom project with them as well at the time. I have moved on to other companies to consider who got back with me within just a couple of days. The problem was not on my end. since my address, phone, and e-mail have not changed in years. This was way to much effort on my end to get a simple quote.

Description of Work: Replaced windows (Renewal by Andersen which the may no longer represent) in 40 year old home. Arrived as scheduled, completed the work in one day. Cleaned up - windows still look good, work well after 8 years. (NOTE: last contact was 2006 - your "Approximate Date of Service" doesn't go back that far).

Description of Work: Bee has been been excellent for our needs and to us for many many years. They stand behind their products and work. We have had certain things either repaired or replaced with no problems what so ever. We are never given the run around, ever. They follow through with all projects. Their workers are very knowledgeable kind, understanding, and make very little messes. They are prompt and waste little time on the job. If a problem arises (rarely) the employee will get answers quickly to correct situation. George and Pam (owners) are a dedicated and committed couple to their company and consumers. It is a rare experience in this day and age to be able to contact the owners about a concern and actually have the top person care enough to communicate with the consumer personally to investigate and solve the problem or misunderstanding. Believe me these comments are not exaggerated. Their care and service is five star. The cost may be higher but in the long run knowing they will there when you need them is a piece of mind and comfort. Our purchases started in the mid nineties and a year ago on the same house. Even though their company is hours away from our home the service is very prompt and personal. We commend all Bee employees. Keep up the good USA quality work and word.

Description of Work: It was more than 5 years ago in a house I no longer own. Did wonderful job with windows and siding. Really helped noise and heating/ac usage. But quite expensive.

Description of Work: We had an oversized window replacement...an A+ ...experience. then made the mistake of a complete vinyl siding install. The workers were A but Bee Windows did not wait for warm weather as agreed (trim needed painting), did not install agreed upon product, did not provide trim painting as they said they would if we would allow installation to begin in cold weather. We live with a product I am disappointed with at a much greater cost as we had to paid for trim paint to be certain the siding would not suffer. This was in last decade. Time flies.

Description of Work: Replaced 15 aluminum framed 58 y.o.windows with their windows plus installed wood framing/sills for those windows. Took two days; they removed all traces of the old windows. Both workers were extremely professional & care with their work. Extremely pleased with their work & my new windows.
