+ -1 moreIt has been an excellent experience. They're very good about retreating. If my issues are not solved by the end of two weeks from treatment, they will come out and retreat as many times as necessary. They're very cautious with whether or not you have children or pets that may come across the treatment areas. Our experiences with treatment have been non-toxic concerning our pets.
Description of Work: We have spring and fall issues with mice that will get into the attic, as well as chipmunks. The visit includes assessment of the infestation but they also look for points of entry and assist with correcting that. Based upon what you need and the type of treatment, the cost of materials for the treatment is added onto the price.

+ -1 moreWe have been dealing with this for probably about ten weeks. They are very inexpensive for what they are doing. They caught one and removed one. They check almost every day expect on Saturday and Sunday. They are very responsive. They come out the same day if I make a phone call. We don’t set a time but they are out within usually, an hour and a half of when I call. They are very professional.
Description of Work: They are working on a squirrel problem right now. They are trying to catch a squirrel that is driving me nuts, that wants to live in my attic instead of outside.

Description of Work: Called Critter Control to set a trap for a raccoon. Brian was late but he called to let me know a prior appointment was running over. He discussed the situation - mainly with our on-site maintenence man - and myself. We related how the day before we had checked the attic, banged on the fireplace/chimney and found the empty nest. He suspected we may have scared the raccoon off the day before as it had torn another hole in the opposite side of my chimney during the night. I wanted a trap set to be sure. Didn't want a pregnant raccoon delivering in the chimney. After 24 hours nothing was in the trap and Brian came and removed it. No sight or sound of a raccoon since. As a side note, I would not have suspected I had a raccoon if my dog had not kept sitting and sniffing on the side of the fireplace where we found the nest. A few shingles were on the ground but the weather had been extremely windy. Maintenence found a six inch hole in the flashing (which he repaired) where the raccoon had gained entry which I could not see from the ground.

+ -1 moreWe had a mole that was damaging our front yard. I called and spoke to a very knowledgeable rep on the phone. She provided excellent information and educated me about moles and burrowing pests. The service man came out a few days latter and set two traps. He checked the traps daily and caught the mole within a couple of days.

+ -1 more.Excellent service and responsivness. Very professional and caring (Randy took the captured flying squirrels to a rural outbuilding at his home and let them loose inside to have a shelter for the winter.) Price was as quoted, and very reasonable considering the many trips.
Description of Work: Randy (service man) came out in December in response to noise in our attic and 2nd story wall. Inspected house from outside but could not find any hole. Set traps on roof for squirrel, suspected of entering attic thru or under gutters. (We did not let him into attic at that point, since it was inaccessible.) After several days, caught one squirrel. But that wasn't the real problem. Removed traps until after company came and left over Christmas. We were still hearing noises. By 1/4 we removed shelves and contents from closet and provided access to attic. Randy examined attic, and saw at least 2 small flying squirrels. He set 2 traps and caught 2 the next day and another the following. After continuing for another week, caught one more. Continued with daily (weekday) trapping until 1/27. We believe a 5th flying squirrel, which we saw in the attic, eventually either got out or died. Randy sealed up the small space under the ridge vent where they apparently were getting in. Randy probably made at least 20 service calls. But price was quoted and charged based on an initial inspection, evaluation and solution, plus a charge for each animal caught. I'm glad it wasn't based on the number of service calls!

They placed traps, removed traps when the raccoons were caught, notified us of the cost in order to fix the damaged area in our roof and to replace the insulation. They worked with our insurance company in order to get the job completed.
Description of Work: Critter Control inspected the roof to determine where the racoons were getting in. They found the spot, placed traps, and inspected the attic to determine damage. The caught 2 raccoons, fixed the area of invasion and removed damaged insulation and re-insullated the attic.

Description of Work: I used Critter Control because I had squirrels in my attic and they were able to extract all of them and button up the place where they were getting in. I called them again because I had squirrels in my shed that were nesting. They eradicated those and fixed the places where they were coming in.

Description of Work: I found out that I had bats living in one of the soffits of my house. Critter control inspected my attic for presence of bats, placed traps to catch and relocate bats and sealed the soffit to prevent further bats entry.

+ -1 moreI suspected I had some animal activity in my home and knew iit was time for help when I could hear animals chattering at night as I watched television. They did some exploration and found the entry point into my home under a bay window. Based on chew marks, droppings and fur they diagnosed I had mice, chipmunks and shrew all using the entry point. Several types of traps were set and after several weeks there is no more activity. They wanted to wait until all activity had stopped so I didn't have animals trapped in my home and have now sealed up the hole.

They set traps and caught some of them and worked with our insurance company to have the attic disinfected, repairs made, and new insulation installed. They were very responsive and the quality of the service was excellent.
