 + -1 moreI called another glass company that was recommended to me. After being on hold for over 5 minutes I looked up auto glass on Angie's List and found Sentry Glass. The phone was answered immediately. The appointment was made for the next morning. The repairman arrived at 8 am as agreed and repaired the chip. He did say that he could not make the chip disappear, but that it would not continue to crack. My only disappointment was that I read the report of another person who had a chip repair and it only cost him $35. Our bill was $50 and that included the 12% Angie's List discount.

 + -1 moreCalled to get an estimate a little before 9:00 am. They provided a great price and they said they could have it installed before noon. I gave them the go ahead and they were at my business by 9:30 and it was installed before 10:15. They made sure before they left, I knew about leaving the windows ajar and not washing the vehicle for the next couple of days to make sure the seal took. I didn't see any scratches from the install, nor any dirt in the interior once the installation was complete. I will definitely use Sentry again for any vehicle glass problems; extremely prompt, courteous service with great value!!!

 + -1 moreWhen I arrived home the windshield had been replaced. But the driver's side door handle had been broken off and very carefully placed back in the door to cover it up. When I called Sentry Glass to ask what happened, they said it was not their fault and that the person who did the work was honest. This was an older car and of course things wear out and break on older cars. And I didn't see the handle break personally. But even so, there's little doubt who broke it. I thought it was crappy of them to deny all responsibility. It would have been a much more positive experience if they had just owned up and said "Yes, the handle came off in our guy's hand when he opened the door and we're very sorry about that." I don't think I would have even asked for a rebate or anything, because this stuff happens, it's an old car. But instead I'm left with a bad taste about Sentry Glass' honesty.

 + -1 moreCalled for a price on a new windshield and received the Angie's List discount. Was told the services could be performed the following day. It was raining that day so they called me in the morning to insure that my car could/would be in a garage and was told that I'd receive a call 30-45 minutes before the technician would arrive at the house. He was right on time and completed the work quickly and professionally. Could not have asked for better service, from start to finish, including the front desk to the technician that replaced the windshield.

 + -1 moreI called at approximately 9:00 am. In less than 5 minutes they had a quote for me based on the car make/model and tint, and promised to have someone come out to my car by 12:00 pm. They finished the job by 11:30 am. Fast, friendly service from their office to the repair man. Not only did they save us money, but they also saved us an insurance claim. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

 + -1 moreAmazing service. Someone vandalized my son's car by smashing 4 windows. I called Sentry, they asked the make, model and year, called me back within 15 minutes and said they had all the parts (at 3 different places) and could begin the repair very soon. One guy arrived in less than an hour after my initial call and began the cleanup process and by the time he was done, another guy arrived with the new windows. They were very polite, efficient and cleaned up the entire mess. They didn't know it, but their impressively fast response salvaged an absolutely horrible week (which began with my mother passing away), so I was very grateful for what they did.
Description of Work: Replaced the windshield, back window, and 2 side windows of a Honda Accord.

 + -1 moreSteve Logan is the one that fixed my mirror and it was a lot cheaper than going to the dealer who will charge you about $400 to replace the mirror. They did a fantastic job and it only took about 5 minutes. They also offer full glass replacement if you need it. The place is kind of hard to find; go all the way to the end of the street on Bash which is just past the new hotel.
Description of Work: I broke the outside mirror on my car and instead of replacing the mirror, they put a piece on that covers the broken glass which fits perfectly.

 + -1 moreGreat customer service. After replacing the windshield, Steve noticed a small defect in the glass right in the driver's line of sight. He immediately offered to replace the windshield at no cost, which we rescheduled at my convenience. When I dropped off the car, Steve had one of his guys drive me to a local coffee shop so I could hang out there for the 2 hours it took, and then they picked me up when the car was ready. Couldn't have been a nicer experience.

They explained that putting the glass in when it was too cold could have a negative effect on the quality of the job. At the shop they had a work area with internet access. They started the job right away and finished the job in less time than they thought.

When John arrived at my house, he started his work on replacement of my auto glass and did not stop until it was finished. He worked with care and was careful not to damage the paint. In fact, this was the easiest transaction I have ever had with a business on Angie's List. They are simply the best and their estimate and quality of work were superior.

She then scheduled an appointment to have their installers come to my workplace and install the new window the next morning. The installer called when he arrived promptly and I met him in our parking lot. They started to work immediately, first vacuuming out all of the broken glass, and finished the work in a half hour or so. They promptly called me to approve their workmanship, which was perfect.
