He explained all of my options to me(e.g., type of windshield, on-site replacement vs. me bringing it in)and performed the services just as he said he would in the promised time-frame. I didn't have time to do a lot of comparison shopping for price but feel that I was treated fairly in terms of the price. I did drop off and pick up my car which saved me additional costs.
Description of Work: I took in my 2001 VW Jetta that had a crack in the windshield. Sentry replaced the windshield as described to me and I was on my way.

At any rate, they responded to my voice mail message within an hour, and came out to fix the windshield (to my home) the next morning. Called to say he was delayed by 5 or 10 minutes, which was very considerate.

 + -1 moreWe called Sentry Glass in the morning, explained our situation, and asked when we might be able to have the work completed. They squeezed us in that day and even offered for minimum cost to come to our home. Due to the cold weather we took the car to their heated shop where they were able to replace the windshield in just a matter of hours. They completed the work in a short amount of time for a reasonable price with exceptional customer service. They were very knowledgeable and a fun, friendly group that was a pleasure to do business with.

 + -1 moreThey were quite accommodating. We dropped it off and they did it quickly. They were willing to leave the key in the car which is what we asked them to do. There were things that we asked them to do that were special. They weren t really comfortable with doing those things but we insisted and they were ok to do it. It was the day before the holiday weekend and they got it done before that. They took it right away. The customer service was really good. The quality looks great. They were only going to put in one windshield but there was a problem with the vend number. They actually did some trouble shooting so we didn t get into trouble later with the police. We shopped around on price and theirs was below.

 + -1 moreCalled Sentry Auto Glass early that a.m. to ask about service. Technician said they could handle the replacement if I could get to the shop within the hour (which I could). Upon arrival, it took only a brief time to determine the size glass required and they went to work. Within 1.5 hours everything was completed and I was ready to leave. Most of the time was spent waiting for the sealant to cure around the window. Workers were very pleasant and professional. I have recommended them already to other friends for auto glass work.

 + -1 moreSteve, who answered the phone when I called, was very nice, and this made a big difference in who I used for the work. I called and priced around, and Steve beat every quote I got, plus he gave me an Angie's List discount. The installer was prompt, and polite, and got the job done quickly. The installer cleaned up after himself, and even saved the parking permit for my daughter's school. The instructions were to keep the car still for a certain time period, and then I could not close the windows all the way for about 36 hours for the seals to set. So far all is well with the installation, and I am pleased with how it looks.

Very fast, reliable, and courteous. Would highly recommend them. Hopefully we will not need glass replaced in our autos but if we do they will have our business.
