Description of Work: A rock flew up from a truck and cracked my Jeep's windshield. I called Sentry and Steve gave me a quote on the phone. The guys came out to my workplace, since I could not come to them during their working hours, and they did a wonderful job! They changed my windshield quickly and were extremely professional.

 + -1 moreI called Sentry (because of the Angie's List rating) and am so glad I did! I spoke to Steve (very helpful and friendly). He needed to check the price on the windshield, returning my call within 10 minutes and his price was at least 20-40 dollars less than his competitors. He told me he could get it fixed before noon the next day (it was already 6pm). I talked to Steve at 8:15 am the next morning, told him where my car would be parked at work and left my car unlocked for his team to complete the work. By 10 am I got a phone call saying they were at my car and would be done in less than an hour and that they would leave the invoice and I could take care of the payment after the work was all done and I'd had an opportunity to check it out. I talked to the person that completed the work at about 11:00, and he said all had gone well and they were almost done. I checked the car and found the work was excellent and quickly paid the invoice via phone. Excellent experience HIGHLY recommended!

Emily was very knowledgeable about their products and service offerings. Customer service you can't teach, and Sentry found a winner to be the point of contact. It wasn't a few more hours when I got a call from Dave to confirm my appointment and told me how to protect the window so that he could repair it when he arrived. Awesome job!!!!

There was a problem that had developed as a result of the original repair (the rubber gasket in the door was not working correctly). I took the car back in because the window would not go up, and they fixed it while I waited and did not charge me anything. I really appreciated that.
Description of Work: Driver's side window vandalized in parking lot at YMCA. Sentry replaced it and cleaned out all glass from the car.

 + -1 moreWe took it in to the shop; the wait time was reasonable. Unfortunately they were unable to totally eliminate the defect, which happens to be in the line of vision on the passenger side. However, it was much improved and decreased the chance of further cracking. They also offered to apply the charge of this work towards a new windshield if we decided to go that route. The final price included a 12% AL discount.
Description of Work: 2005 Toyota Sequoia repaired windshield defect caused by a stone.

They even dropped me off at the mall and picked me up (at no additional cost so that I could do some shopping while I was waiting). It was the best customer service I have ever had. Amanda took the initial call from me asking what they could replace window for, when, how long, etc., with perfect professionalism, great manners, speed and accurateness. They gave me a quote within 10 minutes, could take me next morning (I was calling at 3:30 p.m.)first thing, and could provide me with a ride to the mall (Castleton) with my 2 children to wait out the repair. Repairs done quickly, beautifully, and well within the time frame. They picked me up at the mall and it was an excellent experience. I highly recommend using this auto repair shop. The family touch makes all the difference.
Description of Work: Passenger side rear window, '04 Honda Odyssey- smashed out by vandalism...was called back within ten minutes of initial call with firm costs. Could take me in morning, would provide transport to mall (while waiting) and be ready to go in 2 hours.

 + -1 moreI was amazed at how smoothly the replacement went. Given the circumstances, I surprisingly left their shop in a good mood. I was also only there for about 45 minutes and was back at work by 1:15. I also got a great Angie's List discount! They have mobile service, but it was actually raining off and on throughout the day, and they said they wouldn't be able to do it outside if it was raining. Everyone I talked to at the shop was extremely nice and professional.
Description of Work: After my car's driver-side window got shattered from some hoodlum in the neighborhood (who also ganked my stereo), I called Sentry to get a quote for replacing the window. They made the process so simple. I called around 9:00 am and they were able to give me a quote on the phone, and I had an appointment set up for noon that day.

 + -1 moreThese people are the best! They were so easy to work with. I dropped off my vehicle at 8:30 in the morning, and then the receptionist gave me a ride to work in her personal vehicle. When the work was finished, they delivered my vehicle to me at work and made sure I knew how to properly care for my newly installed windshield. They warranty their work and everything. It is so nice to know that in this day and age there are still people out there who care about the importance of good customer service. I highly recommend Sentry Glass!

 + -1 moreEveryone at the company was very professional. They recommended an aftermarket windshield. After checking with an auto mechanic, I realized that this was a good alternative. Buying a Honda windshield would have cost $225 or more. They also properly stated that you can't repair a crack bigger than a nickel. Would highly recommend this company.

Sentry was very busy from the weekend hail storm, but they worked with their glass supplier to find an available windshield and get it installed the same day. Despite being busy, they took the time to do the repairs correctly, and told me to call them if there were any problems. I very much appreciate their help in making this unpleasant situation easier!
