 + -1 moreThey were very nice - cleaned the broken glass out of my car as best they could. But they weren't able to fix the window. A piece inside the door broke and I ended up having to take it to a dealer to have it repaired. I do think they did the best they could.

THEY ASKED THE MOST COMPLETE QUESTIONS AS TO TYPE OF WINDSHIELD (SHADED OR NOT)AND THEN OVERNIGHTED THE GLASS IN ONE DAY ON A FRIDAY NIGHT AT 5:05 PM AND HAD IT INSTALLED FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING. I RECEIVED TWO QUOTES: A MOBILE QUOTE TO HAVE MY GLASS REPAIRED AT ANY LOCATION OR TO COME TO THEIR LOCATION. I OPTED TO COME TO THEIR LOCATION BECAUSE IT SAVED ME AN ADDITIONAL TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS. SENTRY WAS THE MOST COST EFFECTIVE OF THE GLASS COMPANIES AND EVERYONE WAS VERY NICE, PROFESSIONAL, AND THOROUGH. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE. I ALSO SECURED TWO ADDITIONAL QUOTES FOR SERVICE FOR MY HUSBAND'S CAR SO I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN.

 + -1 moreTHE INSURANCE COMPANY MISPLACED MY CLAIM, AND WHEN I COMPLAINED TO THEM, THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND OUT SOMEONE FROM SENTRY TO REPLACE THE GLASS IMMEDIATELY. IMMEDIATELY WAS LESS THAN 3 HOURS. A POLITE AND SKILLED TECHNICIAN WAS DISPATCHED ASAP. STEVE IS A PEACH FOR SORTING OUT ALL THE PAPERWORK SO QUICKLY. I MAY SWITCH INSURANCE COMPANIES, BUT I WILL INSIST ON SENTRY GLASS FOR ANY WORK WE MIGHT NEED IN THE FUTURE. THESE FOLKS ARE THE BEST!
