Description of Work: Royal Auto Glass replaced the windshield on my 2004 Toyota 4runner. I was given a quote over the phone and was able to setup an appointment within one day of getting the quote. They even came to my home to do the repair. The repair took approximately 60 minutes. I was very pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: We had a 1999 Cadillac Seville with a broken windshield. Checked Angie's List for 3 companies to replace the windshield. All 3 were nice and close in price. Royal had a 10% off coupon for Angie's List memebers. Set up the date and on that date they called at 10am to give me the time the repairman would arrive. Nick arrived and was very nice and told me exactly what he was going to do , how long it would take and what to do after the work was done. Nick did a great job. I would use this company again if we had another broken windshield.

Description of Work: Lowest bid for windshield of several shops called, less than my deductible, came to my office and did the work in the parking lot, called in the morning to give me a window and the guy was actually a bit early, paid with credit card by phone. I did have to wait a couple days because they were booked on the next day i had open, but it was not an emergency. Workmanship seems fine so far. Highly recommended.

 + -1 moreI was installing new wiper blades on my wife's car and I let the wipper arm slam back onto the windshield and spidered the glass on the bottom of the windshield in front of the driver's seat. Needless to say, I was not happy with what I did. My wife's Porsche Boxster is her baby and I wanted to quickly fix the problem that I created. I took the time to review reports on Angie's List and a couple of people that I work with that used to be in the auto industry. I came across Royal Auto Glass and everyone there was up front and honest with me. They told me that it would take longer to get a new seal in than expected and they made sure that the glass was the exact type glass with the radio antenna that is installed into the glass. They performed the service in my garage and the finished product is better than the original. I enjoyed working with this company and I hope I don't need their services again, but if need be, I won't hesitate to call them.
Description of Work: They provided excellent service as far as the windshield replacement. We had to wait for a special trim piece, but I had an idea that it would take longer than the normal windshield because of the make and model of my wife's car. Because of the weather, I had them come to my property so that they could perform the services in the garage. They took the time to explain the process and performed the job without a hitch. The radio antenna is installed into the glass so they made sure that they installed that correctly and took the time and detail to clean up after themselves. I am very happy with the finished product and if the need arises again, I won't hesitate to call them once again.

Description of Work: My rear window blew out. Royal Auto Glass came to my place of work and replaced the window quickly. The man also gave me detailed instructions to be sure I didn't damage his work.

Their price was not only fair, the final price was a little lower than their estimate. How often does that happen! The installer took the time to vacuum up the glass pieces in the cab of the truck.
