They were very accommodating, they arranged the rental car that I can use. They kept me updated all the time.

They fix it right away, really good service and I worked for the insurance company but I asked them to fix the problem.

Staff was very professional at the initial evaluation but I wasn't happy with the results and instead of fixing it they told me that it would grow on me and I could call after a few weeks if I still wasn't happy.

Quality of work was poor. When I showed the sales person a place where the paint flaked off a month later, he said it wasn't a part that was involved in the repair. I was not happy at all.

Worked directly with Steve Hoyt, who I believe is the manager for the area.  He was absolutely fantastic.  Responded via text and calls daily.  There was an issue with the original replacement windshield so he ordered a different one and personally came to my home to reinstall.  Very happy with it.  Service performed on a '08 BMW 3 series.  I would highly recommend to anyone looking for the job to be done right.

The replacement was very smooth. All done on a nice day outside in the parking lot outside of our store.

The appointment was for 0830 in the morning. I arrived at 0800 and they took me in right away. The process was to take 90 minutes and they were done in 60. I was very impressed. They were courteous and professional. I'll use them if I ever have a need in the future. I'll also recommend them to any and all of my friends.

I was very pleased with my interaction with Royal Auto Glass. Danielle in the front office is wonderful to work with. They ended up running very behind on my initial day of installation and had to reschedule for the following day. They were incredibly apologetic and gave me a discount for the inconvenience. The actual installation took less than an hour. It's been several days now and I have had no problems with my new window. I was very pleased with my entire experience with Royal Auto Glass. I would highly recommend them.

After getting three estimates to replace my car's windshield, Royal Auto Glass gave me the best price. On the day I was scheduled, they came to my workplace to do the work. They arrived slightly ahead of schedule which was great as I needed to leave a bit early that day. So far, the new windshield has had no issues. Both the person I talked to on the phone and the person who actually did the work were very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Everything went great = fast and easy. Called to get an estimate, booked an appointment for the next morning, car was started right on time, finished in less time than promised and was even made aware of a situation they encountered with some adhesive from a previous repair which they remedied at no extra cost. Great attention to detail. Friendly staff.

A chip in my windshield left for too long unrepaired turned into a crack all the way across the glass. I looked up mobile auto glass places on Angie's List because I needed to find someone that would come to me so I wouldn't have to leave work. I left a message after hours and got a call back promptly when they opened the next day. I was put on the schedule for a couple days out which was fine because they assured me my car was still safe to drive. We ended up having to reschedule for the following day due to rain. I ended up dropping my car off on my way to work at their shop because they offered to bring it to me. They brought it to me within two hours ( smelling way better than when I left it I might add.) On the drive home I noticed some loud wind noise at higher speeds. I waited a day for the seal to firm up even more but there was still a noise. Chris came and picked up my car to figure out what was up within an hour of me telling them I had a problem. There was just some kind of weird warping in the windshield that nobody could have foreseen so they replaced it with another new piece of glass and had my car back to me within a couple hours. Chris, Danielle, and the other Royal crew were all extremely apologetic that it wasn't 100% right the first time. I assured them that wasn't necessary at all because stuff just happens sometimes. However, their professionalism, prompt responsiveness, and willingness to be flexible with scheduling on my terms were very much appreciated! I paid a more than fair price for the windshield replacement but feel like I got absolutely stellar service for it. Sometimes feeling assured that someone listens to you, cares you need their help, and is kind throughout the whole process is worth so much more than price or a process with no hiccups. I will most certainly recommend them to anyone who needs their service and without qyestion will go straight to them myself if I have any need in the future!

On a rainy night, I backed into a friend's neighbor's mail box. The lid from the mail box broke the lower back glass and the right, rear taillight on my 2008 Toyota Prius. After checking Angie's List, I went with Royal Auto Glass because their receptionist Danielle was very helpful in locating the panel of glass to be put in and because they made house calls. They took care of finding and picking up the glass and worked around my schedule to come when it was convenient for me. They arrived when they were supposed to and within 45 minutes Nick had the old glass removed and the new glass installed. He also swept up all the glass that had fallen inside the car. Unfortunately, they do not replace taillights, so I had to have that done by a body shop. However, the convenience of having this done at my home was worth it.

I had acalled around and gotten online to get estimates for replacing my windshield. Royal was one of the least expensive at $199 plus tax. They were professional, showed up on time, worked quickly, and did the work in my garage. The actual bill was a few dollars less than what they had quoted me! Would definitely use them again!

I called on a Monday at 4pm after shattering my windshield. They gave me the lowest quote of three places I called and came to my house the next morning at 10:30. The job was finished in an hour.

My car window was smashed during a burglary one evening. The next day I used Angie's List to get references for auto glass replacement. Royal Auto Glass gave me a quote $80 less than the next best quote. Danielle at Royal Auto Glass was very pleasant to talk to and she scheduled a technician to come out to my house the next day. Bob, the technician, was also very pleasant and did a quick, thorough job and vacuumed all the loose pieces of glass in the door frame, in the car and on the driveway. I would definitely use them again.

From the beginning, Danielle who handles the calls was very sweet! I wanted to make sure that I got the exact manufacturer's glass that I had before, I did not want an aftermarket part. She did the research for me and she was even able to get it overnighted so that I could have the glass replaced, asap. This took a lot of work/follow up with me and the dealership on her part. It wasn't even a 24 hour period from the initial call, to my window being replaced right in my parking lot at work! He did a great job and was really efficient, done in no time. Cleaned up all the glass for me as well. I didn't have to do anything. She took my payment over the phone after she knew I was satisfied and then emailed me the receipt. What I thought was going to be a bit of a pain in the butt, was actually one of the easiest things that I've ever had to do!! Thanks Royal Glass! This is how you run a business.
