Richard arrived within the specified time. He checked the A/C unit out thoroughly & reported a couple of problems. The unit has a slow freon leak. He added freon for now as his advise is to have the unit replaced. He gave me some tips to keep it going until next summer. Very professional service as well as exceptional pricing. First off, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful with me. She did what she could do, to work my schedule and get the issue taken care of as quick as they could. The technician was very kind and polite. They are good and knowledgeable at what they do. I was very pleased with their services. He was very honest on the issues with my air conditioner. (I have a very old unit) He fixed the issues I had at the moment. If I had any concerns or questions, was was very thorough and honest with his answers. I know that probably within a few years or so, I will have to replace my unit, I feel very comfortable having this company install my new units or units. I will most definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

Jimmy Smith is a great guy. He is very respectful. He used shoe covers every time he entered into the house. I felt that customer satisfaction is very important for Jimmy. Also, he enjoys and appreciates his job at BNG. This reflects in his performance. I certainly recommend BNG and Jimmy Smith.

It is now working great. They were clean and professional. They verbally told me everything they would do and they did do. They are extremely knowledgeable. I am an energy auditor in fact I own an insulation company so I knew who to get and I get the best. They were a little higher in price but I knew what I was getting. They are the best company these days. They are willing to come to your house other companies do not because of the travelling time. They brought new equipment and mobile trailer that actually cut all the fabrication on side. These guys wore their footwear so they won't entrance to the house. They are incredible. They are like model for that industry; I am not in that industry, I am an insulation guy. I appreciate other company that treat your home like their very home and they did that.

Nick from BNG arrived about 30 mins early to check where the gas meter was located along with electric box. He asked questions about our needs. By the time my husband arrived, Nick was ready to explain what would work best for us. Work was done on time and job site was cleaned before they left.

Despite being a fairly large job with complications of retrofitting sixty year old natural gas lines, the project went incredibly smoothly. We were given plenty of notice of when each phase of work would start (excavation, plumbing, unit installation, electrical, and testing). All work began promptly on time. The installed unit works flawlessly.

BNG installer arrived on time. performed the removal and instal in the appropriate time estimated. Slight damage done but was repaired satisfactorily.

had two A rated angie list plumbers come out and neither one could fix it, they had no clue what was wrong and one charged me 142.00 for doing nothing got my money back when i told them that they would not like my review. BNG got the problem fixed in about ten minutes and showed me what the problem was, one of the companies was checking the gas pressure where you make adjustments CLUELESS

My house had serious energy consumption problems with the A/C and heat and was only comfortable in 1 room of a 4000 sq.ft house. They reviewed the issues, made tests with equipment, made proposals, and explained everything in detail. Very pleasant – (the whole staff).

Aaron showed up to install HVAC on time. He wore booties in my house. He replaced units and was finished earlier than I expected.

It went fine. My neighbor had used them and was very satisfied with them. Their price was lower than others.

They were good. They were really help full there was some thing they could not do so they referred me to another company.

I had been a Schindler Heating and Air customer. So, I was anxious to see if the merging of the two companies would impact service. Glad that I can report there is still the same great service. Tech Jimmy did a great job and discussed what he had completed. He gave me a menu of services and products. Great and friendly service!

I noticed our old furnace kicking on but not igniting, I called BNG the next afternoon (we ran portable space heaters through the night). Mark was out here within two hours of the call. He assessed the situation and advised that the existing unit was really old and should be replaced. I had a really good idea this was going to be the case. He had the technology with him to give me an instant quote. The price was VERY reasonable for a top of the line Bryant unit, which gets great reviews online I might add. I asked him how soon they could be there to install and he said everything was in stock and they would be there in the morning. Just a plug for BNG's customer service; i was asked if I needed to borrow and space heaters before they even knew I was going to use them for the service! To me that is a true class act!!!!!! The next morning arrives and BNG crew shows up perfectly on time with every single tool and piece of equipment they needed to complete the job. There aren't enough words to describe the feeling of pleasure I had from the timeliness, cleanliness, and down right perfection of every aspect from the guys. OCD is a bit strong but that's how I felt the guys were treating my job. It was as if this project were on one of their own houses. One month later and everything is running great! THANKS AGAIN BNG FOR THE BEYOND STELLAR JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!

They came and inspected my old system to see if it could be improved in the way it was configured. I was pleased with the attention to making it the most efficient possible. I decided to accept their offer. At this time they had the 4th of July promotion. It was an extra incentive but not the determining factor. They came on the scheduled date, were polite and respectful, and cleaned up. I was pleased to have the system especially on the 4th of July when the temperature hit 100 degrees. I received a check for the full amount of the unit. This was the first year of the promotion. I moved within 6 months after the unit was installed. I did not receive any continuing service.

Pretty soon the system was running in tip top shape and our home was cool and comfortable again.

The initial estimate was done by Mark S. and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Everything was replaced including refrigerant lines and even some new metal work as ours had rusted. We were able to get rebates from Bryant($375), Vectren($400), and in the future the government tax credit($400). Work was completed in one day with exceptional quality. The guys who did the work were personable and professional. Clean up was the best of any contractor we've worked with so far. The follow up was very thorough and timely. I would absolutely recommend BNG Heating and Cooling to everyone.

We received a phone call from BNG after the installation of our Bryant System and we told them our experience with them was "life changing" and a verbal response would not be adequate and that we would like to share our story in writing so others could benefit from GBNG's incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional staff. We noticed BNG has Bryant's slogan, "Whatever it Takes" on their vehicles. They mean it, they proved it, and BNG took our house to a new level in transforming it from a simple inefficient and unhealthy living space into a comfortable, healthy, safe, and energy efficient home. The change was as dramatic for us as going from an old farm truck to a new SUV. The indoor air quality of our home has changed our lives and there's no doubt simply because the results were clearly noticeable after a few days after BNG installed our Bryant heating and cooling system by both our friends and family. Our home is a typical ranch farm house. It was under insulated and the previous owners spent most of their time in the basement because it was cooler in the summer and they supplemented with a wood stove in the winter. We renovated our home and then updated it by installing Advanced Fiber Cellulose Insulation (BNG is an authorized installer) in the attic and the sidewalls bringing our home up to code. BNG's installers recommended that we up-grade our HVAC system to a Bryant System. We explained to BNG that we had some breathing issues with asthma and seasonal allergies. Price was an initial concern, however, we later found out that the upgrades were very affordable and money well spent. In one day, BNG Heating & Cooling sent their technicians and a fully equipped workshop trailer to our home and replaced our old system with Bryant's newest system that cleaned our air, lowered our humidity in our time, and quietly set the temperature with a two stage fan system that we can barely hear running. We can even program it from our cell phones or I-pads. Our basement no longer smells musty and for the first time, we sleep comfortably without coughing or waking up in the middle of the night. We also have the security of knowing our Bryant system is safe and is is backed by the best. We called BNG Heating & Cooling after they made national news last year for being an innovative company.
