They were wonderful. They gave me same day service. I called that day and the window was in stock. They were very friendly and fast. They were very thorough. They also worked very well with my insurance.

Mr. Shirk came to our house, quickly replaced the glass and gave us instructions. He was very nice and professional, and even sent us a Christmas card.

They called ahead to say they were on their way. I had been originally given a time frame of 12:00 - 2:00. They arrived at at 12:20. It took about 40 minutes to replace the windshield. They were friendly, courteous and tidy. They successfully installed my windshield and noted some water in the door. The more experienced installer said it was coming from my sunroof and told me what to tell the repairman when I took it in. This was very helpful, since I hate to take my car to a repair shop.

The owner came out. He was very professional. His quote was reasonable. He watched out for our money, too. He also turned down some of our money by telling us he didn't think something was a wise investment.

Their estimate was fine. We have our dates set to have the work done. They were very informative about the work and how long it would take them. We decided to go with this company for our window installation.

I goofed up and gave them the wrong model year on the car. The technician caught the problem right away and they were very gracious about rescheduling to come back with the right parts. The work was performed right at my house and done very well. Very nice people to deal with!

Repair person came to my office. Was on time, and had windshield replaced within 40 minutes or so. Very polite and provided detailed instructions on how to care for my car over the next 24 hours while the windshield set. The price was about $30 cheaper than the other estimates I received.

The estimate was timely and lower than the first two that I had received. I proceeded to give them the go ahead. he next day I had one more estimate come in that was $30 lower on labor. I mentioned this to Tammy and was basically told there was nothing that they could or would do. I would have liked to have seen a little effort maybe in the form of a $15 discount or something. The work was performed on time and the windows looked good. They did clean the surrounding areas, i.e. removing tape, cleaning up broken glass, etc. Overall I was pleased with the work performed. My hope would have been that they wold have at least considered matching or giving a discount based on the other estimate I had received. It was less than 24 hours later that I mentioned this to Tammy. I was a first time customer and mentioned to them that I flip houses for a living and am looking for a reputable long term glass company.

Shirks came to our home the very same day and replaced the window. They left no signs of them being there except the replaced window and the receipt. We were very happy with the service and will use them in the future if necessary.

I contacted several glass companies and tried to schedule appointments. Shirk's Glass was the ONLY company that actually showed up as promised. They came to my home within a hour of my phone call! They were very professional from initial estimate to installation! I would not hesitate to use them again.
