 + -1 moreThere were complications with the installation of ceramic tile. The job was larger and more complicated than projected. During the installation there was a high amount of dust created throughout the house, making it uninhabitable. Due to this, the time to complete the tile installation was longer that planned. Kevin Brewer and his crew did everything they could to make the job right, and treated us very fairly. They even provided for the laundry and dry cleaning of all of the clothes, and bedding in the house. They also provided a place for us to live while the cleanup was completed. The installation of the tile and carpet was completed and is very beautiful.
Description of Work: This company provided an estimate for installing ceramic tile in 3 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room and foyer, and also replacing carpet in 2 bedrooms, den, great room, sun room, and loft.

 + 0 moreThey worked very closely with us during installation. The salesman dropped by the job each of the three days they worked. They were willing to repair the kitchen floor and work out the cost after the details were known. I would use them again in a minute.

 + -1 moreAgain, great experience with Brewer Custom Floors all the way around, and I will definitely be using them again for any flooring needs we have. Brewer was recommended to me by a relative who installed all new carpet in their newly finished basement and it looked beautiful! Greg and Kevin were great to work with and so were the guys who installed the carpet. I would highly recommend Brewer to anyone in the market for new flooring.
Description of Work: Brewer Custom Floors installed new carpet in my living room and hallway. Brewer Custom Floors did a great job and I am very pleased with their work. We received a couple of quotes for this job and even though the pricing was almost identical to the others, their service was way more impressive. Greg came out with carpet samples and left them at my house for a few days. He was very accommodating to my schedule, willing to bring them and pick them up and very helpful with explaining the products. On the day of installation, the workers were about an hour late but it wasn't a big deal (things happen) and the carpet installers were also very knowledgeable and friendly. About a week or two later, I noticed the seam started to come up next to our fireplace and after a quick call to Greg, they were all over it. Greg had left for vacation so he called Kevin immediately and Kevin took care of me, scheduling the installers to come back out and fix it within a day or two.

 + -1 moreThey came recommended to me from my mother who had used them previously. The first time they brought out the bathroom floor it wasn't the right one and the owner personally came out to fix it for me putting in the new floor. They did an excellent job and their price was reasonable. They were so professional and very dependable.
Description of Work: I had a flood in my kitchen and bathroom in December. I had previously contacted another company that couldn't complete the work within three months so I decided to call Brewer. They were done with it all in one week!
